In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: It was around 4am on 23/12/2022 and I was waiting to be resuscitated in Pillbox Hospital, when I was fully resuscitated a gang arrived and demanded for my items and tried to rob me I complied and raised my hands and zip tied me and we were in the surgery room on the base floor of the hospital in which they asked for my money and sledgehammer and untied me to which I pulled out my sledgehammer and proceeded to attempt to beat one of the members put was stabbed and knocked, they asked to carry me to the check in and had not used any /me commands so I rejected due to the time I had left the server

Why should we unban you ?: Due to the time of the altercation I was extremely tired and was just waiting for the resuscitation so I could leave the server and go to sleep , but the incident arose and I tried to RP as best I could and eventually was left dead again just after immediately being revived in which angered me a lot and decided to just leave the server so I could sleep. I understand I had broken the a large rule in the server and I am terribly sorry and just want to return to the server as fast as possible because it is one of my main sources of entertainment at the moment and it would be much appreciated if whom ever is reading could understand and accept the apology and circumstance. Thank you for your time.

So what measures could you have taken to let someone know that you needed to go to sleep?

I could have mentioned that I am going to sleep in an RP conversation and coincided with the rules. Furthermore, if I was to get unbanned I would follow all RP rules and leave the server the right way next time, I would like to add that I have waited just over a month to submit this unban request and would live to join the serer as fast as possible as it is my favourite. Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately, fast is not an option when it comes to being banned.

 C2.3 -Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. This is to avoid any RP situation in order to gain an advantage in the matter or to avoid any negative implications and circumstances to the character. The result of combat logging is a permanent ban however staff can make an informed decision if the offender has made an attempt to resolve the issue. The consequence of this not being a rule would ruin the whole point of RP and create an unfun environment for others and angering those involved in the problem with the offender as they have obeyed the rules
