In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned for NVL, apparently i tried to ram my veichle into him ending in me being capacitated.

Why should we unban you ?: here is my side of the story. I spotted a gap I could get through to get me out of the situation and when I tried to take it another car rammed me which I did not expect resulting in me being killed. in my knowledge there was only one gun man and he wasn't focused on me so I took my chance.

at 5:45 you can see me climb to the driver seat and turn right, when i see the car trying to ram me i admit it does look like i tried to ram the gunman but i was just trying to dodge the guy coming at me.

@marbzh4I think you are missing the point of why you were banned, (G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

You are engaged in a chase which lasted sometime and you were then shot at, this has come to a stop and the gang with the guns have given you simple directions but you have decided to take a silly move and get yourself killed.

As per your report, I can see from your record this is not your first ban for NVL, you were banned less than 2 months ago for the exact same rule break for 2 days just 5 days after coming off a permanent ban are you not learning from your mistakes?

So in your own words explain the rule you have broken and explain how you would apply this to the same incident.

I have broken the rule G2.4 which is not valuing my life, In my own words, the NVL rule states that when at a clear disadvantage, when your life is at stake, you should do WHATEVER you have to do in order to not lose your life. Whether this is complying with orders, or giving your items away to the aggressors. In a situation like this, what I should have done instead of getting in the car and looking for a possible get-away, is complied with their demands and orders, putting my hands up out the car showing them I want to keep my life.

since my ban I have been learning from my mistakes, at his time I didn't realise I wasn't valuing my life but looking back at the clip I clearly wasn't. My roleplay has improved incredibly and is usually a lot better than what you are seeing in this video.

Going forward (granted that I get unbanned) you will see nothing but serious and professional roleplay and dedication towards following the rules, to ensure that I can provide great roleplay to everyone I meet in the city. My other goal going forward is networking throughout the city, meeting new people and building great connections; on top of the ones I already have.

It's been less than 2 months, you have come back to the server and now back here in the appeals for breaking the same rule again. If I am going to be honest I am not sure you "dedication towards following the rules".
