Reason given for your ban: G2.4, G3.1, G4.4, C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I feel like i was banned due to do not roleplaying to the highest standards that i could of been doing i broke a couple of rules through my own stupidity i do agree that the ban was justified and my actions was out of place considering roleplay is the key factor in this server. i feel like the main reasons was from me not complying with the people that robbed me there was no value to my life and didnt listen to anything they was saying at all and when i got downed i didnt roleplay to the best standards and then went on to leave the server while i was at the bottom of the water and that would of been classed as combat logging then i went on to tell a friend my location in the water so he could try and save me so i did not lose the items i had on my character at the time resulting in both of us getting banned so overall of these ban codes covered the main reason of all was terrible roleplay and many rule breaks overall.

Why should we unban you ?:  I feel like i should be unbanned because at the time of all of these rule breaks i wasn't very familiar with roleplaying servers i have only ever played the normal gta but on top of all of this im very new to pc gaming haven't had the experience i was trying to learn as i was going along that was a stupid mistake that i made i feel like the ban was justified for my actions but i really would like a second chance as now i have took my time to read the rules and i had my friend explain me through things as he was streaming all of my friends still play on this server i do regret what i have done and would like to show the server my roleplaying skills i will engage in from reading these rules and would stay strictly inside them at all costs no matter what happens this is the only server that i actually want to play in i was having so much fun in my time of being here the roleplay was top quality and the people inside this server are really welcoming and friendly to get to know but overall i really Regret what i caused and hope i didn't ruin my only chance in this and the other peoples roleplay experience from my silly mistakes hopefully you guys can forgive me from my learning curve and i can get back into the server to prove that i wouldn't let you guys down at all costs thanks for your time and im sorry.

That is a lot of serious rule breaks just for knife and stungun? Was it really worth being banned for that?

 
No it wasnt worth the ban at all it was the most stupid actions i have done since i joined the server i really regret my actions and wish i could go back and just do the situation how it was supposed to be done. Back then i didnt really know the roleplay to high standards and took it as just a game but from reading all the rules and watching friends i understand that its alot more than this people dont want all this rubbish rp when coming here it wasnt fair what i did and im sorry about that but if i did have a second chance like i said i now have now learned roleplay since this and could share that with people in the city. Sorry for the late reply thanks for your time.

 
You've said you read the rules, I'd assume from that you didn't read them prior to this ban, If not why ? 

In this situation as you've outlined you did break multiple rules and more so passed on information to your friend to come and save you and in turn breaking more rules by doing this, Why did you believe this was a good idea ? 

Can you explain why you broke the rules outlined, Also how many other times have you broke server rules ? 

 
I havent broke any other server rules other than the ones stated in my ban i was actually keeping my roleplay to a high standard before the ban i think i was having a bad day on this occasion and yes i did break many rules and i do regret doing it i dont know why i did it thinking back on it was stupid all for a tazer really a joke it is i agree im very new to all this stuff like i said to that to me was everything i owned and didnt want to lose it in a second and thats the main reason behind this story but now realising that i could of just worked for a couple of hours to get these things back without a issue and i wouldnt be here today and ill be honest i did have a quick glance through the rules when i started but i didnt sit there in depth and read them all i just went of the top of my head what i could and couldnt do that was a bad mistake if i would of took 1 hour of my time i wouldnt of been here in regret i know what i have done wrong i shouldnt of gave my friend information on my death place i should of listened to the people robbing me and valued my life at all costs and when i was injured i was just being stupid and wasnt acting how i should of been in that moment of time we all make mistakes in life and this one im really holding my hands up and saying what i did wasnt okay and just looking for a second chance to redeem myself and prove to you and all the other people in this community that i can roleplay to high standards and bring alot of fun with me for everyone. As Robbie mentioned above the rules broken are serious ones as a whole, So you claim your roleplay was to a high standard prior. Why did it drop in this situation? What was different?

In relation to all the rules you've broken I'll assume you've read the rules since being here so can you please quote all of them and explain in your own words why you believe we have each rule in place?

 
Yes the rules broken in the situation was serious i fully agree and yes it was good roleplay and like i said i must of just been having a bad day at this time and i was very tired and scared to lose the items i had as that was everything to me. It dropped in the situation because of me losing everything i worked for but i wasn't still that understanding of the rules at this point as i was new maybe a week or too so i was still getting to grips and like i mentioned before i only scanned through the rules at this point was learning as i go by. (G2.4) Value your life so in the situation i was in i was held at gun point there with many others around me and i was on my own i should of listened and complied with what they said because irl im not going to try do something risky that would get me killed over something could be worked back for ect items can be got back death can't be. (G3.1) Using out of character information to my advantage so in the situation i was in i told someone my location of death he would of never known this without me telling him so i could have a chance of getting revived. (G4.4) Roleplaying injuries so in the situation i was in at the time i had been shot a few times and wasn't actually dead at this point just wounded i should of been doing roleplay about being shot like saying im hurting in this place and losing blood in this leg ect. You can't say anything about dying if you did die and can't be saying something like "oh I'm going to die in 20 seconds hurry up" not realistic at all. (C2.3) Combat logging so combat logging is where you're in a active situation and you could log out to avoid what's going to happen to you for example like someone tries to rob you and you alt f4 and come back later that day so you don't lose the items. Have to wait until the situation you're in is over until you can logout I think that the rules are in place to keep the sever moving smooth and so people have a good experience when in the city and don't get people ruining it for other players wouldn't want to play the server if there wasn't rules in place and people broke them it would just take the fun out of it all it keeps everything fresh.
