Why do you think you were banned: I was banned due to a rule break of c2.2
Why should we unban you: Good morning I hope who ever reading this is well.

I’m here to appeal a ban I received on 09/06/24 due to c2.2 which came with a 6 month cooldown before i could appeal.

Firstly I’d like to say the c2.2 ban I received was never to gain an advantage in any way, I can only think it was stupidly taking mates tyres late at night or locals around marabunta shop when being with gang or selling to make money, it certainly wasn’t during any conflicts between any gangs we were ‘beefing’ or at war with, during my time in city I have been in gangs and never once tried to gain any sort of advantage or go with ‘win mentality’ I’d like to think people who know my character or either been with or against would vouch for me also.

I always try to keep my RP high as it is others players RP too and understand a scruffy scene could cause things to spiral ruin or give new and old players a bad scene/experience.

I’d just like to also say that the break has done me the world of good! getting back into the gym and also starting a business so I definitely needed the break but unfortunately it happened with a ban and not just taking some time off!

It was a shame it happened when it did as there was some great RP to have due to losing my driving licence a couple of days before this happened and also a court case that would of potentially happened that me and a solicitor had a couple of long chats about getting all the evidence together ready to present to the judge but 2 days later I was banned so I’d like to see if we can try and save the situation when I’m back in city and see if we can hopefully save some of the RP we could of had.

I’ve only ever been here once for something not too serious and it was not long into me joining RPUK but I do feel I’ve learned from this occasion and also taking on board advice from players who have been around for a while and will make sure nothing like this happens again.

If my appeal is accepted I’ll be looking to stay legal, before all this happened I worked at mirror park motors so I’ll be looking to return to that just to get back into it instead of rushing back and trying to keep the criminal side of my character and also try to get all the previous stuff mentioned above sorted regarding the application for my driving licence and the potential court case.

Can you explain the trying to down play the rule break?

Hi firstly thanks for looking into my appeal.

It was never meant to come across as me trying to down play the rule break, if I’m honest I was abit in denial about the ban thinking because I haven’t had nothing like this on my record on RPUK i felt as if it was along time until actually thinking of how it could of impacted others players roleplay within the city if used, but as stated it was never during any conflicts I was involved in.

since the break I’ve gone over the rules and fully understand why the ban was issued and the 6 month cool down before appealing was also a part of it.

Did you ever think maybe you should've reported it?

This wasn't a once or twice occurrence it was a significant amount.

Hi yes I realise now that it was stupid and I fully accept the punishment I have faced.

In the future If I make a return, anything like this will be reported straight away to not end up on this side again.

You don't have the best history and what's noted also shows you don't actually value good roleplay.

Hello, thanks again for the reply.

The only way I’d be able to prove this is building the trust again if given a chance.

My apologies if you don’t feel it’s good enough if I’m honestly speaking I genuinely thought my record isnt as bad

I remember 2 previous occasions one was dealt with between the other party and was asked by them to take it down as we had resolved it between us, and the other I received a 1 day ban a fair while ago and certainly learnt from that.

Be assured I will make sure everything is all good moving ahead from this.

If i return to the city I plan on simply making money to try and get somewhere near where I was before this happened,

I will be returning to MPM where I was working before and also trucking and bins I’m looking to go down maybe a few other things to keep it from being boring.

Also I’d like to see where we can go with the court case to get my licence back, which I lost a few days before this ban happened.

Eventually I may go for a second character and maybe enter the hunting route and see what that is about.

I’m looking to stay legal for the foreseeable before my crim character (Tommy) even thinks about getting back into that line of work.
