In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I can't really remember much of it, but I believe I was banned because I joined the server with immature names such as Big Ian etc... I also had this name on teamspeak and was trolling thinking I was funny 3 years ago. After getting banned from teamspeak, I put in a genuine unban on forums to which I was 1.6'd straight away.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because although I deserved the ban when it occured, 3 years have since passed and I have matured with it. I really wouldn't mind trying out other servers as I have heard good things about this one. I also plan to join the apc. I would also like to apologise to Wilco for trolling and being immature towards him 3 years ago.

Why did you feel in the first place to come and troll here? 
Do you understand this is a serious roleplay server? 
i have seen in the last 2 weeks you got 2 reports on your name, on a other community. Were you 2 times paid the other party off. 
Is this how you play the game, Give horrendous roleplay then comp them?

I'm not sure I was just a lot younger and immature I guess trying to get a laugh out of people. I realise it was stupid and immature and 3 years on wouldn't do anything like this again.

Regarding my 2 reports on the other community, one was because my initiation was not heard in the voice chat range which I sorted out with the guy straight away and the report was declined. The other, I made a miscalculation in the time given to someone to put their hands up as I was soon to be surrounded myself. That report was also declined as I spoke with the guy and sorted it out.

It's been a long time since I was banned and would like another chance.

Should not have done it in the first place... Why do you expect we should let someone like you here now ? Just because years have passed ?

You knew you would get banned and knew it was very unlikely you would ever be unbanned... so why you here ? Its clear you can not/could not roleplay so whats the point of an unban ?

I'm aware that I should not have done it but I can only accept responsibility for it. I'd also like to reiterate my apology to yourself and ask for another chance. The reason for my unban request 3 years later is due to seeing a few videos of the server and wanting somewhere to start fresh and try another community out. I have been a part of other rp communities on arma since 2015 and believe I can rp.

It doesn't matter how long you have been roleplaying it doesn't make you a good roleplayer. For example I could say I'm a good driver, I've had 5 lessons I think I can drive. It doesn't work that way. I think Jefke made a very good point and you didn't really provide a good excuse, miscalculation and the other couldn't hear you doesn't exactly fill me with confidence, the fact is the only reason you didn't get banned from those reports he was on about is because you comped. This isn't exactly the type of player we want here.
