Reason given for your ban: (G2.4)Value life

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for not valuing my life in game in a situation that occurred outside ballers area, specifically the 24/7 shop.
I was purchasing a Pickaxe to were I noticed the multiple black sultan lurking around thats when my suspicion arose, thats when I walked out the shop to find all 4 cars surrounding me and one of them had jumped out the car with a knife that’s when I noticed through the dirty windows of the car that they had multiple guns pointed at me this is when I took my chance to run. This is when they chased me and gave me a second chance to surrender my item this is when they starting firing shots and hit my multiple times, after being hit I fled to an ally which mad them unable to chase me allowing for police to intervene which they did. Ending that rp situation with my original items and my life.

Why should we unban you ?: I think you should unban me as looking over the short situation that resulted in a long ban has made me realise that following the rules strictly not only make it better for the community but allows for me to play in the server that you admins have maintained perfectly.Secondly, I want to apologise to the inconvenience I caused during that rp situation which could of resulted in there night being ruined as-well as there rp experience.Also to you admins who has to deal with my troublemaking in the server and rule breaking which you guys implemented to ensure that people like me don’t mess up the rp uk reputation that stands out in 5m to making it the sever it is today.
Lastly, I would fully understand if you deny this appeal looking back on the past rule breaks and my other ban appeals, but my intention are for this ban appeal to result in a successful unban which would welcome me back into the server where I can follow the rules up to a high standard to ensure that this will be my last time here asking for your forgiveness again

I must say it's a shame to see you back here.
I would like to understand why you'd let your roleplay standards drop so low on this evening? Were you perhaps annoyed/frustrated at the situation presented to you because you were going to lose?

The staff member which spoke to you regarding this situation had you argue the point and stand your ground.
You didn't seem to understand the rule after it was explained & had claimed that you saw no weapons aimed towards you which was extremely clear. 

 
At that point after knowing the punishment  that comes next i just wanted to defend my mistake but clearly the admin can see through my lies.To be honest with you I was frustrated as I knew who they were and what they were gonna do to me which would result in a waste of my time and a lose of my items.
Its a bigger shame after the months I’ve spent in the sever to back here applying for a unban.

I want to further apologise for my stupid actions that occurred that night

Attempting to lie to the staff member in question has broken a lot of trust between you and us which will be difficult to regain. 
So ultimately what I'm reading here is that you decided to prioritise your items being lost rather than enjoying the roleplay scenario presented to you at the time? This displays a win/loss mentality which we do not encourage here on RPUK.

 
I understand that it breaks further rules and I apologise, I don’t know what went through my head by trying to justify my lies which resulted in a deeper hole being dug for myself. Just looking back on the situation I wish I went through with the demands of then robbers that night which would of avoided this.

 
Does being frustrated happen often when playing? If so how would you address this should it happen again if you we're to return ? 

 
I’m not always frustrated, I’m normal quite excited when playing on the ever. It was just the in the moment where I was under time sensitive situation within rp.

I would address by complying with the rules within a situation like that to make it as quick and as painless as possible so that I can move on with my rp. Also not allowing for frustration to lead to stupid decisions

What is his backstory?
What is your plan with him if you are given a chance to return to RPUK?

 
My plan is for Lucas barns if he gets back into rp is to develop his wealth through illegal activity earning a bigger name for  him self, as well be involved in a organisation that provide that help he needs to rank up in this city .the soon able to afford his dream cars and live a life of luxury.

But the backstory of Lucas is he came into the city somewhat last year were people took advantage of his kindness and now he has realised that his kindness has come at price so ultimately he is strict and wise with his business opportunity to benefit him mostly

You have been in the appeals section before, Did you read the rules fully then? 

Can you quote the rule you are banned for and explain what this rule means in your own words.

 
The rule I broke was not valuing life.In my own words not vaulting life is having the mentality of being able to respawn and not caring about my characters life. Also training a blind eye on what the situation I’m in to judge on the rp that should take place 

 
The truth is @Lukeeroto, you've made this appeal harder for yourself because of your lying on your first appeal, though I think you've worked that out by now.

I admire those who don't try to double down and are willing to impart unto us the truth behind their actions, because it shows maturity but primarily, shows you're willing to admit to your mistakes in an effort to return. Ultimately once this appeal is over, your mistakes in relation to this situation are in the past, they don't matter. I wish more people would take your attitude, they'd get a lot further with their time here.

It's also good to see that you've returned after the lengthy cooldown in this section. Many don't.

Your previous bans give me pause, especially the narrow gaps between them. How many more times are you going to get banned? Last time it took 2 months from your return to end up back here.

 
I know it only took 2 months for me to end up back here but I can assure I will try my best in following all the rules and keep rp to its high standards which would make playing on the sever more enjoyable for every one 

My plan is of this ban appeal ends positively I wouldn’t be back here appealing and be in the sever offering the best of my ability role play 

 
@LukeerotoI must agree with Phoenix, not many own up to their mistakes and I will applaud you for that, what I wont applaud you for is your blatant lies.

Take this as your "last chance saloon", I am willing to give a chance to come back and show that you are able to follow the rules and actually roleplay, remember its not always about the winning.

My condition is that if in the next 6 months you find yourself in a similar position (e.g on the forums as part of a report and caught breaking a rule) you can find yourself right back to a perma ban.

This unban will serve as a reminder that you have been given a last chance, and it will be highly likely you will not find it easy to come back.

Take this opportunity to enjoy the game and allow others, but don't take this opportunity to abuse my good nature.
