In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was buying a pickaxe from 'Ballas gas station' and then 3 cars went by looking suspicious and i had exited the shop and they had hit me with the car and i said ' what are u doing bro' that when a bundle of voices said 'puts your hand up' that's when I started panicking and contact my mates on the radio , this when i just saw one guy with a knife hop of the sultan so i didn't think much of it as i didn't know they had guns as it was night, in a dark car and black outfits. When I started to run that when they started shooting at me and hitting me with cars and procced to tell me to puts my hand up but i was still panicked and continued running that when policed arrived and I was banned.

Why should we unban you ?: I should be unbanned at it was a visually mistake as well as my entail reaction to a situation i could survive as i did. In that situation it was either fight or flight and i had chosen flight (run away) , secondly in that situation i saw the chance to make an escape as i new police would come and my mates on radio were eager to help me as they new my location, also in the initiation of the robbery one person had come out to rob with a single knife so my character wasn't sacred looking on his past nature with weapons.

Now after debating my side i still understand what i did was wrong and i new i had ruined rp for others, i want to extend my apologies even further to the admin personally as my wrongful actions have wasted ur time when u could be doing something better with ur time looking after this beautiful community you have watched over. Now i want to apologies to the community for my actions of disturbing roleplay.

I would love to get back in roleplay as soon as possible as i have joined a new gang who will hopefully be the new face or the colour red and to start a new legacy in the sever , secondly i wanna be let back in the community as i enjoy rp in the whole and it is a nice thing to come back to after a long day!!

As stated in your last appeal from myself:

It should always be about roleplay, not 'Can I get a win?', 'How do I abuse this to be at an advantage' etc..

You choose to run away from 10-15 armed individuals whom had you at knife point and gun point because you knew your friends would arrive, and that the police would arrive. How would the police know to turn up? Of course they'd come for the shots fired dispatches, so surely you knew that they had guns which you stated to the Staff Member whom pulled you that you never saw a gun? This isn't adding up.

Furthermore, the people on your radio wouldn't even been able to assist you against 10-15 individuals armed to the teeth considering your gang size is only a 5 members.

It does add up as i knew police would be on site or near as the current situation with Ballas and war is going on , also from my own knowledge of selling drugs in that area is police frequently check up on that area to where i was held at knife point by the one person who got out the car. Secondly, i also have faith in the police to be there as downtown los santos is a crime full area in real life and in the city , so it is implied to keep a god eye out for suspicious active by the police.

I wouldn't of knew it was 10-15 people as all i did was look ahead and saw what was in front me which was sultan and one guy with his knife out, also i would like to act i was panicked as someone would be if there were jumped scared on by people who seemed aggressive. Panicked is also a cause of a loss or effect on site for the period you undertake of being panicked. I would also like to bring the point of flight or fight , in real life someone always has that option as well as in the game  people act differently in these situations and to make good roleplay in your beautiful server something cant also be planned out.

Hello there @Lukeeroto

You had been unbanned about 6 weeks before this ban was placed, yet here you are again. Arguing a case that simply can not be argued. 

Looking at your record since March, I see baiting, powergaming, breaking rp, metagaming, loitering and now also NVL. This screams win mentality to me and I am not going to entertain another unban until 16/10/2023. Until then, have a think and maybe you´ll see why your previous shown mindset is not wanted here.
