Reason given for your ban: G3.1(metagaming)

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned about 1 month ago for a serious breach which was G3.1(metagaming).I sated in my last ban appeal which had been denied the reason why and I am going to state again:

I had first tried to help another player at pillbox from being dumped, and in result got knuckled dusted just down the road. Then he had placed me in the car and drove us to the under ground race track where I proceeded to contact my friend outside the city to help us but not make it seem like it was meta gaming. This is when he successfully helped us and drove us to pillbox.

This is nothing but the truth.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be brought back into this community that I dearly love and adore being a part of because I find no other Gta rp sever quite like RPUK, from its strictness to its gameplay.

I apologize for my previous ban appeal regarding my account on your FiveM server. I understand that my behavior on the server was not in line with the rules and regulations that you have in place, and that my actions may have caused disruptions for other players.

I realize now that my actions were inappropriate and that I should have taken the time to read and understand the server rules before I started playing. I also understand that being banned was a consequence of my actions, and that it was a necessary step to maintain a positive and fair gaming environment for everyone on the server.

I would like to express my sincere apologies for any inconvenience or frustration that my behavior may have caused you and other players. I promise that if my appeal is granted and I am allowed to return to the server, I will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by your team and conduct myself in a respectful and appropriate manner.

Thank you for your consideration, and once again, I am sorry for any trouble that I may have caused.

And how did that work out for you? 

Now before touching anything else explain something to me. You we're talked to by a member of staff on the night prior to the ban, Why did you lie to them when being talked to about metagaming? Did you honestly think this was a good idea? 

 
No I don’t think I was the best of ideas.

I had stupidly lied to the staff in shock as I had been questioned by them from the fear of getting my first permanent ban which could result in me not touching rpuk’s grounds again.

At least we are in agreement with that.

Now you had the chance to come clean throughout the chat and decided to double down and talk about a car meet up at that exact point. Why not just be honest? What's the worst that would happen, You would be here on a better start no? Since if you are willing to lie once, How can we be sure you won't simply try and BS your way through the appeal and do the same thing again.

After a whole month of not being able to play rpuk I assure this won’t happen again.

I would like to further extend my apologies to the staff that question me and say ‘sorry for the hassle I have caused’.

So it won't happen because you've simply waited a month? 

If you would like any shot here you will have to make an effort, Just putting a simple one liner I'm not interested in overall as it doesn't show me anything.

Yes during this long month of reflection apon my actions I had tried other rp severs but none of them had the same vibe and gameplay like rpuk, which YOU and fellow admins try your best everyday to keep it fun for other players and from people like me who has faced his consequence due to rule breaking.

Secondly, I believe everyone should been given a second chance, this is what ban appeals are for right? In the end of the day I have wronged and it is your decision to let me back into this community.

Indeed a month can be a long time, You are correct there. I am glad to know that you see we are trying our best to make the experience for others the best we can! 

Whilst I understand the correlation with second chances indeed this is what the appeals section is for however depends on what has been done ect, Then we go from there and see if one should be provided. Not everything is straight forward as I think you'd appreciate, In turn somewhat applies to this appeal.

One thing that has a lot of value is honesty. For example we put trust into people when they are playing but the trust can also be broken should the simple ruleset be broken, More so if you decide to lie about what you we're doing when caught out. This is where we currently are, As you did indeed lie and could of at anytime corrected this but decided to double down. That's the part I don't understand, Why not simply come clean when caught out in it all? Yes it may have still been a permanent ban and you being here, However you would be on a better starting point then current no?

Now you've said you have had time to reflect upon your own actions. Explain this to us as I don't like to make assumptions and would prefer things explained out the way you mean them.

What I mean by this is during the first week and a half, I thought about why I contacted my freind (Micheal Washington) to help when I had nothing really of value on me.

I thought about what I have done which was get us banned from the sever and regretted dearly.

And for the rest of my reflection period I spent my time waiting for the cool down to be done to be in the current period we are in now 

 
Indeed you didn't have much on yourself, So why did you ask your friend to come and get you? There has to be a reason behind it. 

 
To be honest,I asked him to come form pure laziness of losing my items and going back to palito bay.

Indeed, But honesty is the best way to go forward. Now lets say for example we did offer you another chance to return, How do we know the same thing won't happen or you trying to get around the rules should you believe you won't be caught? 

 
Because now knowing if I get caught again breaching rules I would be prosecuted with a permanent ban and a 6 month cool-down.And to be honest with you I would not like to every face those.

 
Alright, Going to sway away from what you have been banned for a little because since you have been banned more information had come up in relation to other things. 

So you and your friend had been going around scamming players prior correct? (Scamming isn't a rule break FYI) but will make sense why I'm asking this as we go forth. 

Tell me what happened when you did this. 

 
Well us scamming is the truth and I feel now it’s a part of characters but through what we do there has been no rule breaking and it will continue to stay that way 

 
If I was to run you through reach interaction. We would be here for a while but all of them consist of the same plan

1.post the cars or bike  for sale and wait for a buyer 

2.that’s when I go to the desk with the victim and then send the money through that when I run out the back door while the victims probably chases me that when Micheal is waiting in a get away car and we go for the scene 

3.then to prevent me from going to court we wait and track the victim to see if he calls for a lawyer at police station then when we kidnap him and kill him making him forgot 

you may say is is a win situation but he had the chance to call for a lawyer and protect yourself from us 

 
Can you see anything wrong with the above? If so what.
