Reason given for your ban: combat logging/C2.3 - "Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for logging off fivem after I was killed which is combat logging.C2.3 states "Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban." so i believe that i was rightfully banned

Why should we unban you ?: Please allow me to apologize for the rules I broke and made a mockery of last month. My behavior was extremely inappropriate, immature, and lacked the respect that you guys deserved. It was a disruption and distracted others from having their fun which was greedy of me.
It was embarrassing, but I learned that nobody appreciated my poor behavior. In the future, I have every intention of curbing my thoughtless actions and learn to adjust my behavior befitting the environment and situation.
Again, I am sorry for my actions and I hope that we can put this matter behind us. I look forward to have the chance to play this amazing server again, if I ever will. If you have any thoughts in this, please feel free to share.
If I get unbanned I will continue to try and become a good member of this brilliant community and do a lot more good than before. I have learnt from this and will never let my emotions get the best of me ever again which ended up being the reason that I was ultimately banned for a couple of weeks ago.

I'd like to firstly ask you why did you combat log after you've been killed? 
In the month of a break you had, did you read our server and community rules? 
Why do you have so many deleted characters?

And if you can explain to me the situation that occurred before you were banned, what were you doing that ended up with you being killed? 
Remember, honesty is golden in this community.

Its just one of them things that happened that I cant really explain except just pure stupidity for the combat logging and I know for a fact that I will never do it again if I got the chance to play.

I have read over all the rules to ensure nothing like this will happen again.

I had so many new characters because I liked going round the city in the old car that was given you which I now know after reading the rules is also a bannable offence. I should have known but I failed to read the rules upon entering the server as this was my first ever time playing fivem.

So you liked starting fresh with a new character because of the old car? What did you do with all those characters before you deleted them?

i would drive around, speak to people go to the casino play blackjack, make enemies and friends, sometimes sell coke, that was all really but after reading the rules now I know how bad all of that was and I realise that if I didn't get banned for combat logging I probably would have been banned for something like G2.9 if I won at the casino or something as i read that characters shouldn't be made just to "win big". May I ask how much characters I actually made cause I didn't think that it was a lot

We're slowly but surely getting somewhere, however, it's too late. 
We know you're not telling the full truth, it's in your best interest to be honest with us, clearly, you have a hard time doing that, telling us you'd enjoy a nice ride in a old car on multiple characters, but not telling us about the other things that you've done wrong.  All of which would fall under G2.9.

I said to you early on "honesty is golden in this community. "

I wasn't lying, honesty is golden and the key in this community, since you've a hard time being honest and truthful with us. 
Why should we take our time to try n "nudge" you the right way. 

DENIED - You can next appeal on the 25th of February 2023. 
Since you've a hard time telling us the full truth now, maybe in a month you'll be more than willing to tell the full truth.
