In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: When Wilco announced his resignation from RPUK, I replied under his thread with the following sentence "Ding dong the witch is gone" and shortly after that I received a community ban from the forums, teamspeak & servers.

Why should we unban you ?: So I will say this I feel like the ban was fair, however I do apologise for what I said and I know I should of just kept it to myself without having the need to post it on his thread. The reason behind me posting that sentence was due to the fact Wilco had handed out multiple forum and server bans to the players of the altis life server who were trying to suggest ideas that could help revive the server and I will admit some of those suggestions were quite silly which did get them banned but there were other suggestions that were just legit ideas and they were just deleted and the users restricted from posting.

It's coming to almost a year since my community ban and I have been missing the community had a lot of memories and made a lot of friends here, I'm sorry for what I said to Wilco and other posts I have made on the forums which have gotten me warnings. I'd like a second chance to try and redeem myself and to become active in the community again.

While your comment may have been the last drop before being issued a C1.6 - it alone is not the reason you were given this ban, was it?
A lengthy period of toxic, childish behavior, and involving yourself with the 'Joseph Triton' drama at the time only strengthens those accusations even more.

As you might know, FiveM now has an age requirement (18+), while your previous behavior certainly didn't speak for you in terms of maturity, I'm still going to ask:
How old are you now?

While I appreciate the fact that you are apologetic for your actions, as well as the long break you've had as a result of those actions.
You've explained what you did, and perhaps even why you did what you did - but besides you wanting to return to the community, you haven't actually answered the question you've responded to. 

What's the reason we should unban you, Lopez? 
Simply wanting to return or wanting a second chance, is not a reason we unban for - else the whole system would be rather pointless, don't you think?

Well, I’ve been playing fivem for a while now and can’t really find a server to settle down on. I’ve been watching a few streamers on rpuk fivem and it seems like great fun so that’s really the main reason just to find a nice server to settle down on and I still know some friends who play the server that I knew from altis so it would be some good fun to play with them again.

No no, this is why you want to be unbanned, but does not answer the question "why WE should be unbanning you". 
- I understand that you wish to come back, the fact that you've submitted an unban appeal kind of gave that away, you know...

You did what you did, now you wish to return - we will not let you return simply because you want to, or because it'd be "some good fun". 


Why, should we lift your current ban, for reasons other than "because I want you to" or "because I want to play on RPUK"

I think you should unban me because I’d like to become more active within the community like I was a while ago and provide some top quality roleplay. Can’t really think of any other reasons because there aren’t exactly any it’s just that I’d like to be given another chance to play in the community again and generally get to know people make new friends.

I specifically asked for reasons other than 'because I want to play on RPUK', yet you have once more replied with just that. 
The fact that you cannot think of a single reason why we should actually forgive and revoke your current ban, and the only things you can think to say are "because I want to" or "because I'd like to..." - it does not fill me with a whole lot of confidence, nor does it speak for you in terms of having matured since the day you were banned...

I suggest reviewing your appeal, if you cannot figure out what is expected of you then perhaps spend some time and effort looking through appeals of similar nature, and you might find what is expected of you there.

I will not spoon-feed you the answers we are looking for, nor will I guide you through your own appeal - it would defeat the whole purpose of the "Pass and Fail" system that is in place. You've been removed from the community, as per your C1.6 ban - it is now up to you to pass this review in order to make your way back, by showing your commitment, honesty and change in behavior amongst other things. Understand that a C1.6 is one of our most severe actions, and is not undone lightly.


Unfortunately for you, you have failed to do so.
