Unban Appeal for loco cartre
In-game Name: loco cartre
Server: GTA RP
Steam ID: 76561198153802817
Ban ID: !!rpuk4186!!
Reason given for your ban: G1.1 C2.3
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: The VDM (Vehicle Death Match) rule in roleplay refers to a set of guidelines designed to ensure that players do not engage in random acts of violence using vehicles. The rule exists to promote fair gameplay and to ensure that roleplay scenarios are based on realistic interactions rather than simply relying on brute force.
The rule exists for several reasons. Firstly, it promotes a sense of fairness and equity in the game. Players who engage in VDM may have an unfair advantage over others who choose to roleplay in a more realistic and measured way. Secondly, it helps to create a more immersive and believable game environment. VDM can break the suspension of disbelief for other players and disrupt the roleplay experience for everyone involved.
By committing the G1.1 Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) rule break, you have intentionally killed or harmed another player's character with a vehicle without a legitimate in-game reason. This can be considered a form of griefing, as it undermines the immersive and cooperative nature of roleplay. It is important to respect the roleplay environment and engage with other players in a constructive and positive way.
Similarly, the G 2.3 Speaking OOC rule break is when a player communicates out of character (OOC) during a roleplay scenario. This can include using chat or voice communication to discuss gameplay mechanics or to make comments that are not relevant to the roleplay scenario. This can be disruptive to the other players' immersion and can detract from the roleplay experience. It is important to remain in character during the game to ensure that the roleplay environment is maintained.
I committed this against a gang after I was angry, shortly afterward I committed both offenses which was the reason for the ban which I completely understand.
Why should we unban you ?: I am writing to apologize for my actions that led to my ban from your server. I understand that I violated the (G1.1) RVDM and (G 2.3) speaking OOC rules, and I fully recognize the negative impact of these actions on the roleplay experience for everyone involved.
At the time of the incident, I had a limited understanding of the importance of the roleplay rules and how they contribute to a positive and immersive gaming experience. Additionally, my emotions got the best of me and led me to act inappropriately, which ultimately ruined what could have been a great roleplay scenario for others.
I understand that my actions were not acceptable and that they disrupted the roleplay environment for others. I want to take full responsibility for my behaviour and apologize for any disappointment, frustration, or inconvenience that I may have caused.
I assure you that I have learned from this experience, and I am committed to following the rules and regulations of your server in the future. I am also taking steps to improve my understanding of roleplay and the importance of adhering to the rules, so that I can better contribute to a positive and immersive gaming experience for all Especially after playing many servers over the last 2 years and experienced these rules committed against myself I truly understand how infuriating it can be.
Once again, I am deeply sorry for my behaviour, and I hope that you will consider giving me another chance to be a part of your community.
