Reason given for your ban: Combat logging

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I logged out the server while incacipated.

Why should we unban you ?: I was new to the server and at the time wasnt aware this was a rule, after some thought i kind of know why it is as it restricts NHS ect of roleplay. I hadnt read the rules thoroughly enough which is my own fault. As humans we make these mistakes and if you allow me a second chance i promise to read through the rules properly this time, i am sorry for the inconvinience i have caused and it will not happen again.

You fail to follow simple forum rules, how can we trust you to follow the in game once? 
You bumped your appeal once, you appealed 2x when you were given a clear cooldown, why? 

Quote the rule you broke and explain it in depth where, and why you broke it. 

 
Hi i am doing well, How are you?

C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

At the time i was new to the server and hadnt seen the rule properly where if i left the server while incapitated it was a rulebreak the reasoning behind it was because i was waiting for the rp to finish with the person that killed me, it was late at night and i was planning on going to bed as i had work in the morning, as i look back at it now i can understand how it is against the rules and why i have now had a proper look into the rules and will not break them again. i fully understand the reasoning off it being a rule break as NHS ect could miss out on rp because of it.

Also i apologise for the bumping i was just eager to play this server again as in such short time its one ive had most fun on and can only apologise for applying too early i am truly sorry for the massive inconvenience i have caused.

I am writing this unban appeal with utmost sincerity and regret for my past actions. I understand that my behavior has violated the rules of the community, and I would like to take this opportunity to express my apologies to the entire community and specifically to those who were directly affected by my actions. I deeply regret my actions, and I genuinely acknowledge the impact they had on the community. Since the incident, I have taken time to reflect on my behavior and the consequences it has had. I understand that my actions were unacceptable and that I have let down not only myself but also the community that I once valued so much. I assure you that I have learned from my mistakes, and I am fully committed to making amends and becoming a positive and respectful member of the community once again.

In light of the incident, I have made significant changes in my attitude and approach. I have taken steps to educate myself on proper online conduct and have engaged in self-reflection to understand the root causes of my previous actions. I deeply regret the harm I caused to the community and fully understand the importance of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. I have developed a clear understanding of the community guidelines and pledge to abide by them rigorously. My intention is not only to seek forgiveness but also to actively contribute positively to the community going forward. Me, you basically told me to start again...

It was purely a misunderstanding on my case as i had been in the server not even a day. I was on the grove turf and they thought i was selling, which i wasnt as i dont even know how to do that just yet as i was so new then, all of a sudden they chase me and shoot me because of it, i then proceed to switch my pc off to go sleep after it had all finished, and i did not know at the time it was a violation to leave while bleeding out thats basically what happened. I was in the server with my brother at the time but they did not kill him.

Well the issue is,

In this appeal, and your previous appeals. Your choice of words, and grammar is completely different from the above text. In the text above, there are some spelling mistakes which is easily enough to add yourself.

I'll ask one last time, did you write it?

 
Mate you may as well just close the appeal i dont know what else to tell you wether you think i am lying i dont know, i was a few hours in and went to bed and got banned for it cant really explain any more than that or apologise any more its obviously not getting anywhere so i dont see the point in continuing.

 
You've mentioned closing the appeal twice, is this because you were caught out?

Typically, I would've posted the AI Generated screenshot and denied your appeal. You're getting the chance to come out on top here.

 
Its not just that though mate i dont know how you expect me to re write my appeal, yes it is partly AI but i am stuck on ideas on what to put, i cant describe any more on what i did and how sorry i am.

Honesty is the best policy in this community, you could've had this denied and given a longer cooldown.

Please for the future, if you are ever on this side of the forums again. Write each appeal with your own words, albeit you might've gave the AI a prompt and or ideas of what to put. We do look for effort from the person and not from an AI as it shows us that you actually want to come back, and you're not just doing the appeal easy mode to get unbanned ASAP.

Lying, and the use of AI will only punish yourself.

I can see that you're extremely new to GTA RP, and that you've already waited the one month cooldown. Despite putting in early appeals, I'll give you a break and unban you today. I have issued a wipe on your inventory.

Please be weary that any ban within a 6 month period, will be a permanent one due to our Fair Ban System. After the 6 months, you'll go back onto the Fair Ban System which is the following:

  • 1 Day Ban
  • 2 Day Ban
  • 7 Day Ban
  • Permanent Ban

Although, if you're banned for a rule break that is listed as a permanent ban on our forums, you'll go to a permanent ban.

Unbanned, Please re-read the rules and if you are confused about any of them, open a ticket and speak with Staff.
