Reason given for your ban: C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I personally believe I was banned for C2.3 as I VDM'd a player and in my instant regret battlelogged.

Why should we unban you ?: A month ago I let others influence my behaviour a lot on the server, but I am not disregarding or blaming others for what I did on the server to get me banned. I believe and would hope to be unbanned as I have looked back on my what my behaviour was a month ago and realised that it was childish and ruined/disrupted the game for players involved. I have learned a hard earned lesson and will ensure that my behaviour is mature and top notch from now on. I would love to play the server again as I realised how much I missed engaging with other players on the sever and the RP as a whole. I was starting to invest a lot of time into my RP and would hope to carry on doing so. I am truly sorry about the offence I committed and would hope to be given a second chance.

You mention you let others influence your behaviour, Can you elaborate on this for us ? 

Indeed your actions did have an impact on the roleplay happening and as you mentioned was childish. So why did you decide to run over multiple people and then combat log when confronted? 

 
I believe that I would do a lot of childish/stupid things on behalf of others a lot of the time, I would break rules just for laughs and because it was "funny" but since then I have realised that it was the opposite of that and it would just impact others in a negative way. However, before I was banned I started to invest a lot of my time in proper RP, engaging in some good situations at times.

I had no reason to run over them people, at the time I thought it was funny but soon realised it was a mistake and decided to battle log. At this moment and time I realise that I shouldn't have run over them people and battle logging wasn't the solution to fix it.

 
So you did this for a laugh and a joke, How can we be sure you won't simply return and just troll around? This is on you to convince us. 

Whilst we all enjoy having a laugh, There are right ways to go about this without ruining other peoples enjoyment, Don't you agree? Why didn't you do something different over breaking multiple rules?

I 100% agree with you Stuart, what I did was totally unacceptable. At the time I was inexperienced and didn't realise the protentional roles and jobs I could obtain by just playing the game properly. Before I was banned I realised this and got myself involved with Weazel news and was actually starting to have fun while not breaking any rules.

I do think everybody deserves a second chance and would hope to be given one as I was really starting to enjoy myself on the server and would be on my best behaviour 24/7.

 
We do offer a wiki page that shows basic jobs however spending time roleplaying with others you find more out overall. You could of spent your time doing this however you decided to ruin other peoples enjoyment and the situations others we're in at that time.

C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

This rule is in place to make sure that nobody has a unfair advantage. Combat logging gives a player an unfair advantage as by doing this you could save yourself losing items or money.  With this rule in place, it out rules the chance of a player having this advantage as you get outright banned. I also believe that if you combat log, you have no intention to RP. So this is another reason why this rule is in place as this server is built around RP. 

 
The other rule you broke was also G1.1, Can you do the same as the above for this also please?

Also should we offer another chance, What are you plans in the server?

This rule is in place as RVDM creates an unfair deathmatch as you are using a vehicle to kill someone. Also usually RVDM is done with little to no RP involved. So this rule is in place to ensure that everyone is on fair grounds to when it comes to pvp.

If I was to be given a second chance I would like to explore a lot more of the servers potential. I feel like I didn't even scrape the bottom of the barrel when I played and know that there is so much more to do. I also in general just really enjoyed my time on the server and would consistently play, which is what I am hoping to counite to do so.
