In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: RDM 1: I was banned because of a situation where my gang had found an opposite gang at Paleto, where I started shooting without a valid role-play reason.

Why should we unban you ?: It sucks being back on the appeal section, I just wanna let you know that I completely understand why I got banned. At the time I thought it was justifiable, shots were going off so I guess I just followed the lot and started to shoot myself. I didn’t know who shot first, I heard shots and started shooting myself. I understand how I was wrong in this situation and I should’ve been able to tell earlier on but my lack of understanding of the situation at the time let me down and I went down the “easy route”.

I believe I should be unbanned because I fully believe that I could provide good role-play to the server, I’ve made lots of friends on the server and it wouldn’t be fun not to be able to play with him. I know I’ve got a few bans under my belt but I really feel like I’ve learned from it. I didn’t appeal straight away since I wanted time to know if I actually wanted to stay on the server or not. And at the end I decided I do wanna play mainly because of my friends and the amount of fun I do have roleplaying. I want another shot at playing the server, since I feel a lot happier playing it.

Then why didn't you on either of these occasions?
You have a rather extensive history and this really isn't going to cut it.

As I said, I know I've got quite a big history of bans. I really believe I just misunderstood the situation at time. I've learned from every single ban I've been given and I can promise nothing like this will occur again. After the long break I took, I came to the realisation how poor my rp was during both of the situations and I apologise for ruining the rp experience for the people involved. If given one more chance I can promise you that I won't get banned at all anymore and that the only thing you will see from me is quality rp.

You've already been given chances on the server, you've managed to come back from 2 permanent bans to be exact which is extremely lucky!
Surely by then you would've learnt a lesson and perhaps sharped on the rules and your roleplay as a whole?

It was very stupid of me to break a server rule and I can assure you that I will not commit such actions again as I am dedicated too play the server again.

You've stated during this appeal you promise you won't get banned at all, but I am somehow struggling to believe it unfortunately.
This above is a quote from your previous appeal, yet you still managed to commit such actions again and land yourself back on a permanent. 

We can't keep entertaining appeal after appeal from you unfortunately.

Good afternoon @Danoo

I'm gonna start off with that I know I'm very lucky coming back off two perms and I would like to thank the staff that worked on them to give me multiple chances on coming back to the server. I did learn my lesson but after getting comfortable with the server I didn't really see that I committed a rule break. Now after being banned and put here again I've come to the realisation that I've not only jeopardised others rp experiences but also my own by ruining what could've been two great rp scenarios.

I understand in my last appeal that I had said I would not commit another rule break. I was genuine to that till my rp had a slight hiccup and because of this it came with consequences. From these consequences I have learnt my lesson. I know its going to be hard to prove that that's why I'm willing to accept any offer at another chance to play with all my mates again. Playing this rp server with my mates has genuinely been the most fun I've had on my computer and Since my ban I've kept in touch with multiple people that play the server and have kept up with updates and announcement's whilst also taking a break for a bit. The break I had was worthwhile since I was able to think about my actions and how I could improve on them.

During the situations that got me banned my rp standards dropped because of my stupidity. I shouldn't of shot before Rp'ing and that's completely down to me. The level of rp in those situations were not that of high level rp and I fully understand why its landed me here.

After reviewing this appeal as a whole, your previous bans and the rules you recently broke with the attitude towards the roleplay shown on the server I do not feel as if you are ready to be welcomed back in as of yet.
You've been extremely lucky to have 2 successful appeals and are back here again promising us you won't break any more after already doing so.
