Reason given for your ban: C2.3 - Combat Logging

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: After being ditched and left in cuffs on a mountain north of the map somewhere, I relogged as I had no idea how to get them off, and I couldn't sprint or open any menu/pause the game and the RP scenario had already ended after they left the area. This does come down as combat logging, as the relog resulted in me not having the cuffs on when I reloaded back up. I had a chat with an admin after I loaded back up and they explained the full rule which I broke, again this was a mistake on my behalf as it does state that "logging out whilst restrained/detained" does come under the Combat logging C2.3 rule.

Why should we unban you ?: It was an honest mistake that shouldn't have happened, at the time it felt like the only solution to attempt, as I was on a mountain in a location I had no idea about, and due to being cuffed was unable to open my map, along with being north of the map likely far from any players that could of helped, I only attempted this roughly 2-3 minutes after they had left the area knowing the RP scenario with the other participants had essentially finished. This was my first times in cuffs in this city, so I wasn't sure what to have done at all and was unable to sprint so the time taken for me to find any players south/in the city area would have taken an astronomical amount of time to reach. Although, looking back I should have walked to the nearest road and tried to find someone who could have helped me out rather than relogging to remove the cuffs manually.
(Context for scenario: Was minding my business doing a taxi mission near the northern petrol station in Paleto, was watching yt on other monitor while glancing over and driving, suddenly being rammed off road and then get guns pointed at me by 3 vehicles, get taken to some mountain near Mt. Chiliad I think, robbed of 20k and my phone then they leave me at the mountain with cuffs still on. I was planning to go offline as soon as I finished the taxi mission I was in the middle of, since I had other IRL stuff I needed to do; so when I got robbed and ditched, I didn't really have enough time to be running around to find help for too long; hence why I tried to get out of cuffs when I was on my own so I could get down to the city quickly so I could log off in a reasonably approriate spot as where I origianlly intended.)

In your last appeal you stated you read all the rules. Yet here we are again, did you not read all the rules?

Prior to this incident, I had always believed that combat-logging would primarily refer to quitting the game to avoid a scenario and/or to prevent losing items; so at the time of revieiwing the rules I had skimmed over this as I thought I had already known what the rule actually refered to. However, when I spoke with the admin at the time I was "caught", I re-read it in detail and then noticed near the end it mentioned about being in cuffs. I waited a few minutes after they left, to make sure from a dual party perspective I wasn't gaining an advantage during the RP situation, as I was on my own, hence why I went ahead with trying as I was planning to leave very shortly after regardless as I had IRL stuff to do.

Quite honestly, I am not buying the story about having to leave.

You logged out in handcuffs and logged back in straight after, which gives the impression you knew very well what that would do to the cuffs. 
Doing that would also fall under exploiting the fact that handcuffs come off when you relog and you already have a previous ban for exploiting too... It does not look to me like you are capable not abusing the system to get your own way, why should we let you back?

I understand that, full story for what I can remember, I logged on the server to make roughly 50k from doing the Taxi Job, was sitting around 47k or so as I was finishing the last one, was aiming to get off around 6pm (I want to say it was either a Monday or Sunday night) to revise since I had a Computer Science (late november/early december) mock the next day for college and wasn't planning to stay up too late doing last minute revision, hence why I was wanting to get off as soon as possible after setting my goal of 50k cash for the day, so I could get more done earlier than leaving it till 10pm onwards since I was up early in the morning as well (for college). At the time I was joining the server (during the week leading up), whenever I had free time I would load up, do a few taxi missions to slowly build money up as I was planning to buy a Sultan Classic.

Following from this, this was my first time being placed in cuffs, so I had spent a few mins trying to research through the discord to see if it was possible to get them off in a legitimate way, considering I couldn't: sprint, pause my game, or use any features, so I had zero idea on what I was meant to do. Prior to being attacked by the group, I was planning to finish the taxi job up, and then log off at the taxi place, to make my life much easier so I woulnd't have to travel far for what I would end up be doing next time I logged on. I'm not going to try and act stupid and pretend I didn't know what I was trying to do as there's no point me trying to lie, I did try relogging to remove the cuffs considering the group had left for 5 mins or so and I was hoping to get to a main road (for when I next logged on) and then log off at that point. Obviously, if the scenario was different and they had temporarily cuffed me to keep me from escaping and were hanging around the area, I would never relog to take them off to then try escape, as that is completely unfair and ruins the experience for everyone. Hence, why I only attempted after some time had passed, as I didn't really want to be wandering around on some mountain stuck in cuffs on my own with no one around and no clue what to do, when I was already kind of in a rush to log off anyway.

As regards to my previous ban, I take full responsibility for that, I truly deserved that ban for being utterly stupid and selfish for taking advantage of an exploit. However, I do personally believe this to be different, as I had taken into consideration the full situation and RP'd the robbery and whatnot out to a good quality, and only attempted after knowing full well the RP had ended and my actions would not effect the server, considering once I reached a main road I was going to log off regardless (although, next time I was going to relog after this point would have been after a reset in the afternoon the next day, so I'm guessing the cuffs would have dissappeared the next time I loaded up, so no matter what, I would have been banned for combat logging); I'd appreciate if you could advise me on what I could have done in my circumstances, as I was in a rush to get off, to prevent getting a ban for combat logging as I was going to be logging off in cuffs one way or another. To be honest, If I was trying to intentionally abuse the system, I would have logged and relogged after a minute had passed from the point of them initially ramming my vehicle or the second I got cuffed. I never did it to intentionally gain an advantage over the others involved to protect myself or my items, nor woud I ever attempt to do so especially after receiving my previous ban and realising what a huge mistake I had made. Besides from this mishap, I've always maintained in following the rules in any RP scenario and never plan on harming or gaining an unfair advantage over others. After all, it is your decision, hopefully this is convincing enough and you are able to understand my reasoning behind doing so without any malicious intent.
