Why do you think you were banned: Using OOC for other than help, which I have already received a warning for
Why should we unban you: I have found myself back here for the 3rd time due to my extended use of of OOC chat and wish to plead my case of being allowed back into RPUK.

After my ban for exploiting, specifically 3rd person shooting, I was given a six month probationary period which put me under the terms of any ban equals a permanent ban. In the 5 months and 15 days that I was under these terms I provided nothing but clean, admirable and enjoyable roleplay. I spent my time juggling gang wars and providing food service down at Up-N-Atom with the rest of the team which I will miss.

On to the ban that finds me here again. There was an announcement put out that randomly throwing snowballs at people is still classed as rdm. I found this funny as did other members of the community, the idea of being reported for throwing snowballs at people made me chuckle, but this got the best of me and I decided to input 3 messages that did not contain any content of needing help into the OOC chat which led me to receive a 24hr ban which was then swiftly updated to a permanent. I got a little carried away when seeing the faster than normal OOC chat flowing in the top left. From here all I can do is express my regret in putting these messages in and my disrespect for the rule itself.

The chat is there to receive and give help, from quick fix technical issues, what key is it to do what or on demand staff help, which I can say I have given plenty. I have used this chat in the correct manor I would like to say extensively but as said above I ultimately got carried away

I believe I should be unbanned because these past 3 bans, yes all permanent, my roleplay has not been in question. I have not received any bans or warnings for negatively affecting other peoples roleplay. I say this not to downplay my previous bans and this one as the rules are in place, FiveM or community, to keep things fun, immersive and non toxic. I wish to show I am truly here to provide immersive roleplay, but my ignorance for the G2.6 rule has landed me where I never thought I would be again.

I had posted this previously so promptly as I thought with it being a baseline 24hr ban updated to a perm I'd throw it up with the sheer amount of appeals there was that it wouldn't be seen for a while anyway. I had a feeling I took it a bit too far after I sent the third message and was awaiting a kick but unfortunately I had been warned for this before and received a ban. I understood before any action was even taken I put three too many messages in

Looking at your past bans how would you know this? You have been banned for transferring items, exploiting and now this. What would make you think you haven't affected anybody else's rp?

Please explain this comment you made in OOC chat - "you sound like a communist"

Hello there Jessie,

I would stand by my claim of not negatively affecting anyone else roleplay with these bans. Now this is going to be a rough memory as the first two was so long ago. My first ban being combat logging (Think you might of gotten me mixed up with someone else with the transferring items),I was dumped in the middle of the ocean and logged out without waiting for nhs or to respawn. It was early hours of the morning and I had the thought I could just respawn when i'm next on , I didn't have the full understanding of this rule. Combat logging meant to me logging out to avoid roleplay and/or combat. I would argue that the roleplay had ultimately finished with the people that had dumped me and the logging out didn't affect our interaction. The ban helped me gain full knowledge of the rule.

With the exploiting, I received this ban within the wave of people that was done for third person shooting. As I believe I argued in my appeal for that I never used this exploit to gain some sort of advantage over other people, never used it in a fight never tried to, As this is just not the gamer I am. I did this while shooting local, pissing around on and off turf shooting locals. The ban taught me that how little or large exploiting is exploiting and would be dealt with accordingly and helped me gain full knowledge of this rule.

As for my extended interaction in OOC ban I recently received I simply got a bit carried away, The snow had just started, sat at my desk with a Heineken cracked all cozy, in the casino spinning the slots, not much was really taking my full attention until the OOC chat erupted. As I said above I put 3 too many messages into the OOC, I should of just read the announcement and carried on with my day but got too giddy and joined in on the extended interactions in OOC of which I am sorry for. This has made me realize unless I have help for someone who is seeking it, to stay out of OOC.

As for the "You sound like a communist" comment if I could be reminded, verbatim, of what this was in reply to I could possibly expand on what my thought was behind it.

You are right, it was combat logging, my mistake.

Even with that it is concerning that you cannot see how these rule breaks affecting other peoples roleplay. 3 perm bans is not a good look, is it?

As much as I understand this happens, what is to stop it from happening again?

I find it a little odd that you remember in some detail about your rule breaks and what was happening around the time of the last rule break but you don't happen to remember this comment.

Anyway, your responses do not give me hope that you have actually learnt from this and see the issue.
