Why do you think you were banned: It seems that I have been banned for exploiting specifically 3rd person shooting. I feel as I can positively say that I haven't used this bug to gain an advantage against other people. As said in groups there has been has been some sort of 3rd person shooting detection added to the server and that has shown me 3rd person shooting
Why should we unban you: I do believe I should be unbanned because I feel as I am certain I haven't used third person shooting in a car against other people. I can hold my hands up and say that I have shot locals and also random shots in third person while just driving around but I guess you already know that.

The shooting of locals is still to be seen as exploiting and that is what has gotten me here. The use of this in a fight is something that I would never consider as it would ruin the integrity of play and would change the natural course of roleplay. My reasoning of using this against locals would be that I felt as it would be causing no harm to other people nor disrupting roleplay, It was more of just if I went to shoot a local and it put me in third person who would care? But of course I shouldn't have carried out these exploits in such manner. I have a full understanding of how using this in roleplay could just make it unfun and unfair for everyone and I would not want this happening to me either.

My intentions on the server have always been to have fun and create fun for others, I have only ever received a ban for combatting logging back in feb of 2023 that was due to my misunderstanding of the rule itself. Since then I have been an active roleplayer within the community with a clean year and 4 months and not even seeing a report on myself on here at all.

I hope we can discuss my wrong doings and I can gain your trust to be let back into the community

Unban appeals are dealt with, in no specific order or time-frame. If you cannot handle someone else's appeal being dealt with before yours without throwing a hissyfit and accusing the staff team of bias; How can we trust you to abide by the rules on the server when things don't go your way?

To explain why other appeals were dealt with before yours; they were selected on page one, yours was on page two which wasn't being viewed by myself at the time.
Favoritism, has nothing to do with it.
