In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned for combat logging after i died.

Why should we unban you ?: Hello,
I would like to apologize for breaking the rules and logging out mid RP. Sometimes I get really immersed into my roleplay and when I get rolled up on by a gang of dudes robbed, killed, and dumped it can be traumatizing. I know logging out is now a proper way to deal with it because it take away the experiences of the other players and and ruins the roleplay story. one of the reasons this is my favorite servers is because of how dedicated and serious the community is to role playing. I would like to contribute to the community by being a dedicated role player as well. moving forward, I know not to log off until after the story has concluded, and if things get too intense for me and other players are being too aggressive ill just die and stay muted. its better than getting upset and doing something that will get me banned. I really hope Ill be able to see my friends again in los Santos.

Now I don't want to make assumptions here, But are you saying that it's fine for you to log out if someone is trying to rob, down and or dump you?

My apologies, that was a typo. What I meant to say was "I know logging out mid RP is NOT a proper way to deal with it because it takes away the experiences of the other players and ruins the roleplay story."

Hi, 

Sure, but first i would like to take full responsibility for my actions. By me telling my side of the story I'm not giving an excuse for my actions.

So what happend that day. I flew into the city and spawned in the wrong place at the wrong time I guess because as soon as I spawned in there were a few guys near me and came up to me an started robbing me. I was caught off guard so I kind of panic. While I handed my stuff to them they kept yelling at me to keep my hands up. During all the yelling I tried to make a run for it. I know dumb move, but at this point I've been robbed so many times that this time I just wanted to try running away. They shot and killed me which I roleplayed but while I was dead the guys who tried robbing me were really upset that I tried running. So the whole time I was dead the guys were just swearing and insuting me. I know I shouldn't let other people behavior control me but they got under my skin a little. So I kind of got upset and logged off. 

I apologize again for breaking the rules and logging off. These guys were trying to get me upset and I was stupid enough to fall for it. Moving forward, if that happens to me again. Instead of logging off, I'll just role played that I died and stay muted until the roleplay story has concluded. This ban has taught me to not get so emotional when people are being aggressive. Los Santos is not all sunshine and butterflies, and to survive in this city you gotta have thick skin.

Instead of logging off, I'll just role played that I died and stay muted until the roleplay story has concluded.

I'm not sure this is much better, though. If every time you are downed your plan is to mute up and refuse to interact with people, is this really providing quality RP?

I think that quote is a little out of context. What I meant by that is next time I'm dead and my killers and shit talking me. Instead of adding fuel to the fire and arguing back. I'll just stay quite and die. It's better than getting all worked up and rage quitting. Mind you dead people don't talk. But if there's a quality story line that can be continued for sure I will role play it. That's what I love most about roleplay is the crazy, and intresting situation your character can get into. There been many times I've had foes turn into friends because of roleplay. This day was not one of them. Trust me I feel regretful for breaking the rules, and I feel even worse for allowing other people to get under my skin and control my actions. This is something I'm personally working on and I promise it won't happen again.

Okay, so a couple of things to note here. Firstly, it also sounds like you didnt value your life very much in running away from people trying to rob you. Secondly, if you are in a RP scenario or you are downed and people are talking shit to you. Thats fine, let them. However as long as YOU stay within our rules you have nothing to worry about. 

Try to provide a high quality scenario, even if the other person is not. Thats all i ask.

Now, as this is your first ban. I will be unbanning you as of now. Please think about what i have said going forward.
