Reason given for your ban: leaving a sit

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i left the situation out of anger/frustration and understand that i am wrong for that and can admit it was a dick thing to do i did not see the report on my name nor was notified i did not log back on the server and completely went off my pc for the remaining time of the day i regret doing it and should have thought twice about coming back onto the server and resolving it there was some words exchanged on the report as u might see but was not meant in a harmful way and just slipped out my mouth which is no excuse but it happened and it is in the past and would really love to be able to move on past this

Why should we unban you ?: In my opinion i think i should be unbanned from the server because although i left a roleplay situation and it is a stupid/wrong thing to do i think you should take me into consideration because i was active on the server and made a stupid mistake everyone makes mistakes some make bigger mistakes than others but sometimes we do not mean it how other people perceive it i made a stupid mistake and would like to apologise for it and can give u my word that if i do get unbanned i will not make any more mistakes and be a better roleplayer and will make myself a better person in the community and have matured alot since i got banned last july if you wish to ask any questions about my responses i am more than happy to answer them

i left during a situation at the hospital where i was being arrested i refused to check in i left that out of no more than just being frustrated and just left there is not a valid reason why i did this and understand it was wrong

i have had 3 denied appeals for "not explaining my vdm ban" which is wrong because i was banned for breaking character the other 2 i think was for "bumping the report/making 2 comments"

i have matured alot in the year i have been banned playing on different rp servers and experiencing many different scenarios and been able to rp them all correctly it was a immature thing to do leaving a sit and it is wrong again no more than just being frustrating and left the server i also understand i did not come back on after i left, i just turned my pc off for the remainder of the day i would love to prove to you that i have matured and am able to rp and play the server like everybody else

I have matured alot by playing other servers realising what is wrong and what is right i know how to rp properly and realise there is many outcomes to a scenario and know how to rp it properly instead of getting frustrated and leaving i should have just rp it out and could have got off on a light sentence anyways ( in game )

Ive been in alot of rp scenarios in the last year from just a standard getting pulled over up to being questioned for manslaughter even being in hostage situations 

i was being arrested and stuff and i was kinda frustrated theres not much to it i kinda just raged when i got shot and downed so was just all a bit pissed off and shit but its wrong and i shouldnt have done it at all

Looking at your previous appeal, why did you break the unban rules, twice? (Bumping your appeal). - This is 3 days ago, what have you learned in those 3 days? Did you read our unban rules? 

Why?
Were you angry because you were going to lose your illegal items? 
Were you angry because you thought it was unfair? 

Why couldn't you link your Ban ID in your previous and this unban appeal? Why should we do it for you?

I was angry yes because i did lose alot of drugs that i was going to sell so it was a bit annoying to lose 

i broke the appeal rules because i thought that i could make 2 comments on the same question but u cant so idk the other time im going to admit i did not read the appeals i just wanna be truthful

my goal for my character in game is to be a popular character and a friendly one that is my goal

i didnt know where to find my ban id (why i asked how to get it) so i didnt know previously 

my most memorable moment was probably when we went on a massive police chase and kidnapped a police officer and ended up getting away there was a big negotiation session and stuff and it was really fun

You seem to continuously fail to follow simple instructions. You didn't provide your BanID, your appeals are incredibly lazy with lines such as "check last report" and you continuously ignore our ban appeal rules.

You show a pattern of uncaring and this is before we even go back to your first unban appeal where you refused to answer questions and decided to get incredibly defensive instead.

You have to help me out here. Given all of the above, why should we trust that you're going to be a productive member of the community? Especially as you have still failed to provide the correct BanID. I'm honestly not sure what you expect us to think.

you should trust me to be a good member in the community because despite my 2 fuck ups on the server i gave good rp in alot of situations e.g taking police hostage escaping police in a car chase and alot more i can admit i made mistakes but everyone does and more people will but other than my rp scenarios i helped new people start by showing them how to make money and brought friends to the server and we enjoyed it i put alot of time in the server when i had the chance and just wanna be able to enjoy the experience again as it is one of the best servers i have played

i cant prove anything writing to you i can tell you over and over again i could be here for roleplay someone could you one thing and do something else if you do not believe me i do not know what to say but if i wasn’t here for rp there is plenty other servers that i could fuck around on and not give a shit but considering i have made 3-4 ban appeals and stated i want to redeem myself in the community and have a chance to play the server again to prove to you that i am here for rp and to have a good time in all due respect i did wrong and shoudlnt have done it but i don’t quite understand why u don’t believe me

You bumped your last appeal twice, even though you were told the first time not to

You refused to answer Stuart's questions in your appeal before last and got incredibly defensive about it, leading to it being denied

You sent me a hostile DM after the appeal telling me to stay out after claimed "wrong information" despite you refusing the answer the questions

It took you 3 tries to send the correct BanID, once again not actually checking it was the correct one before stating it was correct.

We're not stupid. If we are telling you that something is incorrect, then it's incorrect.

Given all of the above, I frankly don't believe that you've matured. Do you have anything to prove otherwise? Or anything to mitigate your above actions?

to state where u gave me wrong information which u did, you told me to explain my vdm ban which isn’t actually accurate at all seeing how i’ve never been banned for vdm.

You're right, I meant Combat Logging, not VDM. However instead of simply correcting the mistake and explaining the report, you refused.

What about everything else? I'm going willing to go back and fourth in an appeal trying to get more information out of you, either you'll cooperate with us or you won't.
