In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for accessing documents in the Poseidon Google Docs although I was no longer a part of Poseidon, potentially leaking private information and using it for my own benifit and the benifit of others outside of Poseidon. This could have caused problems with people stealing unique ideas that are only a part of RPUK, and are what make RPUK special. I agree that I should have been banned for my ill-considered actions.

Why should we unban you ?: I know what I did was wrong, I deserve and fully understand the ban I got for acting impulsively and recklessly. I associated myself with a crowd of people that were a bad influence on me and my actions, and have since moved on, I no longer associate myself with these people anymore for the negative impact they had, the exact reason I got banned for. It has been 2 years since I got banned, and have had this time to think about my actions. I left with a petty grudge which impacted the way I acted and it was extremely immature of me to take that out on the server. I have since been able to move forward and grow from the mistakes I made. I no longer want to be that person, I have matured personally and would love to start fresh with RPUK, with my new, more responsible attitude. I want to be a part of RPUK again, and contribute my roleplay, have fun with others and be a part of the community that forms this roleplay server. I have very good memories of my time here when I did play, and have a few friends I would like to join again and make new memories.

So what exactly did you do with these documents?

I believe around that time some old friends that left RPUK wanted to make their own server and I wanted to help out. I was tasked with creating drive documents so I would have opened up the Poseidon ones in the process to use for inspiration. I didn't take it far with them and I deleted them all very soon after, as I soon realised and left those friends for their toxic behaviour.

Right. Ok, so on to my next question. Why did you message a Poseidon leader asking to rejoining Poseidon, despite being banned?

I completely forgot about my ban, as I remembered that there was a mass unban, until I was told it was not for 1.6. I'd never looked into it as I had moved on by then so I didn't know the terms, but had assumed as I had the message about it that it included me. I went on to check afterwards and saw the ban, so apologised and came here.

Ok. So why, after finding out that you were still community banned, did you then go and sit in the RPUK teamspeak, knowing full well that a 1.6 bans you from doing so?

On top of that, why should we trust you after you betrayed that trust? You were given access to things within this community that not everyone gets, yet you throw it back in the face of the people who trusted you. Did you think you would not get caught? or did you not care?

The first time I joined, I was under the impression that I wasn't banned, so it never occured to me. I was skeptical about joining but as it was me and my friends first and only suggestion of communication, I joined. I thought that I would keep to myself and wouldn't be disturbing anybody else.
After finding out I was banned and making the appeal, it never crossed my mind to disturb a Staff member on teamspeak about my ban, as I knew that's not a good idea. My ban never mentioned teamspeak so I hadn't really considered the 1.6 including teamspeak, which is my bad, I should have checked more information, and I apologise, I understand the reason this rule is in place.

I could never ask for the trust of poseidon again, I know I betrayed it when I was given it, and It was a horrible mistake of mine to do that. I deeply regret my past decisions, however I ask that you see that I am only human and make mistakes. As per my appeal, I want to move on and I fully understand the extent of my actions and that what I did was wrong. I never intended to go anywhere with the documents which is why I quickly deleted them soon after.
If you are on about why I asked for joining poseidon, I saw some friends had re-joined and I heard good things about people I havn't known before so I wanted to join casually to experience time with them again and to meet others, without getting as attached as I was before.

Look, I am willing to accept this appeal but with a few major conditions.

1. You are not to hold a position of trust, e.g. where you have access to any documents or information on people. This may be reviewed after 6 months by contacting a staff member and showing them this appeal.

2. Any bans within the next 3 months for any reason will result in your permanent ban being immediately reinstated.

I cannot stress enough to you how unusual it is to get an unban from such a ban. Please respond below as to whether or not you would like to accept these conditions.
