In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I turned my pc off when I was killed by a group of 6

Why should we unban you ?: I cant express how sorry I am for what I have done and I truly mean that. I didn`t log off to save my inventory, I promise I never. it was because I thought they killed me and it was late at night so I raged and turned my PC off thinking I wasn`t doing anything wrong. I completely know how wrong that was now and I have made spent the time and thoroughly scanned through the rules to get a complete understanding, so if I do hopefully get that chance to come back I will never be in this position again. I am not going to lie I have been totally lost without this great server and I really hope you guys can forgive me.

@Kieran rankinI can't help but notice the lack of effort here so let me help you out.

Tell me the story of what happened prior to your ban, and what happened when a group of 6 killed you.

I want you to tell me what rule you have broke (copy this from the rules page) then I want you to explain this rule in your own words.

After this explain to me why we have this rule on the server and it importance.

sorry if you think I'm not putting the effort in, I'm just not great at these things

so me and my other mate have started to try and grow an illegal business, as in preparation I knew I needed to try get drugs and to also my name out in the city for us to try have a popular demand.

I then drove around the city asking anyone in my path if I could get drugs to sell, that when I stumbled in to the 6 people outside of of the dealerships.  They all looked tough with neck tattoos etc,  so I asked them if I could acquire some drugs from anywhere.  I was then told that I was a stupid question.  one then proceeded to hit me with a bat and then they all joined in attacking me.  One of them actually ran over me with a car.  so I was lying dead and thought that it was over and turned my pc off with anger not knowing the seriousness in doing so. 

The rule that I broke was:

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to re-join the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

Combat logging is when log off of the game to try save your character from being attacked/robbed or even arrested.  more or less when you are in any sort of situation you are absolutely prohibited from logging off and ruining the realism for the fellow RP players

This rule is set in the server to stop players completely ruining the realism of RP for all players, all the rules are set in stone to keep the RP as real as possible. It keeps storylines consistent and players are interacting with you and just because you don't like doesn't mean you leave.  You must stick by the roleplay and your character at all times.  The importance is to give all players the best experience possible and to keep story lines flowing.

So, you turned your computer off out of anger following the situation in roleplay? Would you say it's often that anger can influence your decisions? 
Will it be a regular occurrence that you break server rules due to anger in the heat of the moment?

Good morning my friend 

yes I did turn it off due to anger but I think it was a mixture of emotions as it was rather late at night.  It was totally out of character from me.  I am really sorry, I have truly learn from my terrible actions.  Emotions don’t ever get in between me and my character I think it was just an off night that won’t happen again.

I will never ever break a rule  again, so this won’t be a regular occurrence. No matter the situation, no matter how angry/sad I get I need and will stay in character at all times 

as I said I really do hope you guys give me that one chance to prove that.

@Kieran rankinYou last ban was for RDM on the 21/08/23 and then this one on 04/09/2023, to me it does not seem you are here to Roleplay at all and then you have provided low effort unbans and tell me you have read the rules.

I have decided that you need to go away, consider your position in the community and that your actions have consequences, so when you come back on the 14/11/23, you can re-appeal.
