Reason given for your ban: G2.9 & C2,2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for making to many characters and using them to open the advent calendar in hopes of making money, If I made money I would go to the casino then bet it all and hope that I could make more than what I came in with. Fortunately I did make some money but before I could spend any of it I got banned, I fully regret doing what I did and hope to get unbanned as I have took some time to self reflect and have read the rules many times and understand fully why I was banned and I hope to get unbanned as I enjoyed playing the server and hope to get back on.

Why should we unban you ?: I have read the rules and will not do anything like what I did in the past, As I said I took a lot of time to self reflect, I have played multiple other servers that follow a strict set of rules and I have learned all of the rules there is to learn. I fully understand why I got banned in the first place and was a stupid thing to do that I am still regretting to this day. This server has many exclusive things that other servers I have played doesn't. I hope that you will accept my unban appeal. I understand that my actions were not in line with the rules and regulations of the server, and for that I sincerely apologize.

Do you accept a ban like this will come with deletion of all characters except 1 but a full wipe on that final character?

 
Just to confirm if i got a full wipe on that final character would i lose all my vehicles because i did get them without breaking any rules.

 
Be sure to read up on the appeals guidelines as posting multiple times does fall under bumping the appeal. Since it's been over the time anyway a lock would of been in place just be mindful throughout this process.

Indeed should you be unbanned all but one character will be deleted and the one you wish to keep (You can provide the name of one if it's different from the main post) will have everything removed, Vehicles, Storage containers, House, Bank, Inventory ect. In reality the only thing that character keeps is RP memories. If you have a character you wish to keep post it here so we are aware and should this appeal go forward and you being unbanned we will delete the others prior. 

Now moving into the appeal overall, You have mentioned what you did but not mentioned why. Could you explain why you decided to break such a rule?

The name of the character is Fraser Mcdonald.

I broke the rules because i thought i wouldn’t get caught doing it and was an easy way of making money. I didn't have alot of money and wanted to be able to buy anything i want hence why i done what i did. But ever since i got banned i realised it was stupid and i have gained nothing from doing it.

 
What was the money used for? 

What we're you doing on the server to earn money prior to transferring between characters, Also why didn't you carry on earning the normal way? 

Lets say we give you another opportunity, How can we be sure you won't simply do the same thing again if you feel like you won't be caught?

 
I bought an audi rs6 which cost 1 million but i was banned the day after i bought it so that was the only thing that i used my money on. I would drive taxis quite alot but got bored of doing them because of how long it took to get money, i also sold drugs which was a good way of making money but i got bored of doing that as well. The main reason that i didnt carry on making money that way was because of how long it took. You can believe me when i say i wont do anything like that again because i havent had the same enjoyment on any other server i have played since i got banned from rpuk.

 
In relation to the rules, Can you quote both rules you have been banned for and in your own words explain why we have these rules in place. 

 
(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

So people cant ruin it for others by getting money easily and skipping all the work you would normally have to do.

(C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.

This rule is in place so certain people wont abuse the money in the server leading to other people not having enjoyment.

In regards to what has been mentioned before, I want to re-inform you that all of your assets will be wiped and other characters (apart from the one mentioned) deleted. 
This means, your inventory, bank, cars, house, etc will be wiped. - Your character will start fresh however will still retain the RP knowledge/contacts it has made but none of the assets. 

In the future, will you follow this min-maxing behavior, or will you earn the money through legitimate means?
