In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I have no idea why I was banned. The only thing I can speculate is that my friend was banned for the same thing, so maybe it is thought that I am him? Not 100% on that one.

Why should we unban you ?: Because it is completely false. I used to be banned before but I went through the official process of appealing it and got unbanned so there is no evasion going on here.

The first one is mine which my friend has access to and the second one is the same friend that got banned.

I can now confirm he no longer has access but yes at the time he did.
