Reason given for your ban: G1.2, G2.3, G4.3, G4.4

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: was told to re appeal on the 16th of April. I believe I was banned because I broke these rules by not providing quality role play when attempting to rob someone and also for giving someone a countdown to drop a certain item while holding a gun to his head, I also did not roleplay my injuries later on that night after I got killed and dumped.

Why should we unban you ?: I am embarrassed and disappointed to have to be writing an appeal to get unbanned for the 2nd time, I love this server because the people in it make it what it is and its really enjoyable and there is no pay to win so everyone has to grind and put in the hours and the roleplay to get nice things like houses cars etc, What happened was I met some people in the city who were also from Scotland so I decided to hang around with them and make new friends we ended up going out robbing people later at night when the city was quiet, robbing is something I never really do in the city as I prefer to roleplay in different ways rather than stealing from other people and asking them to drop items for me, I was starting to get tired and a bit grumpy but I continued to play on then my roleplay started to get poorer and poorer as the night went on I started giving people countdowns to drop a item for me if they weren't dropping what I was asking for (G1.2), Im sure when we were robbing another person he wasn't responding to us and we also says in voice chat we were going to report him and I says I had his ID (C1.14)&(G2.3). Then at like 3 in the morning my bike broke down and I got off to repair it someone rolled up on me and says hands up he then slit my throat with broken glass and I was tired and pissed off so I stupidly decided to sit there in the huff instead of roleplaying my injuries(G4.4), This isn't something I usually do I always role play my injuries with NHS or with anyone in the city if I end up downed it was just because I let my emotions get the better of me and I should have logged out hours before this happened instead of continuing to play at silly hours of the morning when I was tired and in a bad mood. After this happened and I respawned My friend asked over the phone what happened to his gun I was carrying and I told him sorry I lost your gun someone tried to rob me then dumped me.. when really my character should have not remembered anything that had happened because I had to respawn (G4.3) I am honestly ashamed to be having to appeal to get unbanned again but I can promise you I am not one of these arseholes who come here to mess around or ruin the server.. I always provide roleplay with anyone in the city I like to have fun and get a good laugh when talking to people and just like to work to bring in money to have nice things, I shouldn't have went out robbing when I knew I was in a shit mood from lack of sleep and stuff going on at home but I continued to do so and it led to very poor roleplay and me getting banned. I always roleplay my injuries and stay in character it was genuinely just this one night my roleplay was terrible. If I was ever aloud to come back onto the server I would make sure nmw I always provide quality roleplay and I would not get myself into situations where I let my emotions get the better of me because in future if I ever started to get fed up or feel like im to tired to be playing I would log off call it a day and take a break. Thanks to whoever reads and responds to this I totally respect your decision whether you unban me or deny the appeal but I can honestly promise if I ever get back into the city you will not catch me in this unban appeal section ever again. I have spent the last month reading over every rp rule and community rule to make sure I fully understand every rule and why its in place. Thanks again and sorry

I appreciate the effort you have put into this appeal, however that is quite the list of rulebreaks you have been banned for isnt it?

You say you love the server yet you are willing to jeporadise your position in the community by breaking so many rules?

See this just sounds to me like you are making excuses for your poor roleplay. Why did you continue playing when you knew your mood would impact your ability to provide high quality roleplay?

You broke character multiple times throughout the situation that led to your ban which leads me to believe it wasnt just a mistake. It makes me think you were consciously choosing to have a complete disregard for the server rules..

Yeah I agree it’s a lot of rules that have been broken here, 4 or 5 rules being broken just makes it look like I’m taking the Micky or not taking roleplay serious, Honestly that’s not the case I always try to provide good roleplay and make it enjoyable for me and everyone else, will be honest I took 2 weeks of work because I had stuff going on at home I ended up sitting playing fivem until silly hours of the morning everyday I was off and it was mainly just to try enjoy myself and take my mind of other things but I burnt myself out and ended up drained n fed up.  Instead of taking a couple days break from the server to clear my head I stupidly decided to continue playing and that is what led to me providing very poor roleplay scenarios I was attempting to rob people when I was in a stormer of a mood and Instead of making the situation enjoyable for everyone involved I was losing my temper and not even thinking about the roleplay side at the time. Honestly im not making excuses or trying to think of cover story’s to get back on the server I genuinely love this server and the people who are in the community who make the city such a enjoyable place.  I have always stayed in character and roleplayed my injuries in the past and I have never rdm’d or given anyone a countdown before it was just that one day I let my emotions get the better of me and i kept on playing which led to me breaking 5 rules..   I know it may not seem like it but I totally respect the rules that this server has in place because it makes it fair on everyone and nobody can have advantages etc over others I have been reading over all the rp and community rules word by word to fully understand what each rule is in place for and what it means, if I could get another chance to come back and enjoy life in the server I would provide quality rp at all times no matter what the situation, I would also remain in character unless staff ask otherwise and I would not be breaking any rules again this ban has made me realise that the rules are there for a reason and they have to be followed at all times, in future if I was logged on the server and I started to feel like I was drained or my head wasn’t in the right place I would log off and take a couple days to get a break so that I would never get into a situation where my roleplay will be poor or end up breaking rules from saying things OOC and getting snappy with people and giving them a countdown to drop items etc I would never allow myself to break any rules again because the server means a lot to me I enjoy every minute I’m on it and I have drilled the rules into my head by reading over them again and again to make sure It would not happen in future.

Thanks again and sorry,  I am hoping staff can give me one last chance to come back and show I can provide good roleplay and show I care about the server I am not here to ruin it or to just mess around.

I understand we all have bad days but ultimately its how we deal with them that matters, we all play the game to unwind and out of character issues shouldnt be taken into/affect the standard of roleplay you provide.

Can you quote me the rules you have broken, explain them in your own words and tell me why you believe they are important on the server

Hi siren thanks again for reading threw my appeal and replying so quick, I agree I should not be letting irl problems affect my roleplay in the city its not fair on anyone else and I should know better. I can assure you it will not happen again and if I were to be given another chance you would not catch me in this unban appeal section ever again as I have learned from my silly decisions I made in the past which led to me getting banned.  Below is the rules I broke described in my own words.

(G1.2)RDM Random Death Match-                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Killing or injuring another player without any roleplay or demanding items with a countdown and poor roleplay is considered RDM. This rule is important to the server because it keeps it balanced and stops anyone gaining an advantage over anyone else, it also stops chaos in the server because without this rule alot of people would just run around killing for fun.

(G2.3) Roleplay everything-                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Roleplay everything regardless of any situation you are in or how you feel about it as you may be ruining someone else's experience due to your actions,  This rule is important to the server because it keeps it realistic and also makes it enjoyable for everyone involved in the situation. 

(G4.3) When you respawn and NLR applies-
The new life rule has been made clear that once a respawn has taken place that there is no recollection of the events that lead up to the respawn. This includes memory loss of all members of the RP, the RP itself and the location which the RP took place. There is also no discussion of what took place as it is deemed a complete memory wipe. This rule is important to the server because its just like real life, and it stops the city being chaotic because if nobody forgot what happened before they respawned then everyone would have alot of enemy's and everyone would be going to get revenge after dying if this rule wasn't in place.

(G4.4) When you are downed-
This is to be taken as a real life incident where you are not yet dead. This is a great opportunity to RP injuries sustained which would be relevant to the event. This will include injuries from weapons/fighting, getting run over by a vehicle or falling off a bike. These RP moments will continue whilst receiving medical assistance or undergoing surgery. This rule is important because even when you are down you still need to provide quality roleplay with anyone involved and also with NHS etc when they arrive to try help you. It keeps the situation realistic and enjoyable for everyone involved in the incident. 

(C1.14) Threats to report/disputes/breaking rp in voice-                                                                                                                                                                                                                             If you have a issue or if you feel someone has broken a rule when you are involved in a roleplay scenario you still remain in character and do not break character by saying 'i will report you'.  if you feel someone else has broken a rule or is not following them you report a player in the report section you do not break character or say anything out of character in voice. This rule is important because we are playing a character so we need to stay in character at all times otherwise the roleplay is going to be very poor if everyone is just saying im going to report if you don't speak or comply etc

You do seem to understand the rules you have broken, and as someone who has been banned before and been through the appeals process and been given another opportunity id expect you to be familiar with the rules.

You've been banned previously for:

C2.2 + G2.9 on the 12/05/22

G5.1 + G2.1 on the 02/10/21

how can i be sure if I allow you back on the server you wont continue down this path of breaking rules?

I won’t continue to break any rules or I won’t get myself into a situation where rules will be broken because I have learned from this ban and learned from my silly decisions I made to receive this ban, the server is for everyone to enjoy and share quality roleplay, this ban made me also realise how important the server is to me and without being able to fly in and play it’s not nice at all which is why I would make sure I am never in this position again,  the rules are in place for a reason so every one of them should be followed at all times when on the server.

The server rules are in place to make it equal and fair for everyone playing, they are also in place to keep it enjoyable for everyone and to stop anyone gaining advantages over others. Another reason why following the rules is important is so that the city isn’t chaos from everyone just running around doing whatever they want and trying to ruin other people’s day.
