In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was dumped at the beach and there was no nhs on to help me and my friend so we left because there was no nhs on so we left.

Why should we unban you ?: I now understand that combat logging is even when you are dumped and there is no nhs on to help you. I had to go off because it was late and I had to get up early for work the next morning but now I know that I should have either waited for the timer to respawn or contacted the staff to tell them I had to go off. Originally from other servers I thought that usually you could just leave if you were and waiting on the timer as usually there very little chance that you will get help and you can’t do anything. I left as the Rp situation had finished and the guys left that dumped us so I just left because they were gone and that I was dumped and as I said I had to get up early the next morning but I now know that I should have waited for the timer or contacted the staff to let them know.

As I read the rules before and I have played other servers which this rule was you could leave if you are dumped as there’s not much you can do and you have to wait for the timer and some people may have to go off for certain reasons that’s what it was like on other servers anyway. Also I have never seen anyone talk about this on this server combat logging when dumped so I assumed it was ok to as the Rp situation was over. Now I know that you have to contact staff or wait to respawn before you leave the game after getting dumped or left.

You've also been banned for Combat Logging before last year in April... how many times do you've to be banned for combat logging for you to learn your lesson? 

Can you explain what you mean by you now understand the rule, did you not understand it the first time you were unbanned for it and quizzed a lot by Stuart?

Yeah I understand last year I got banned for combat logging and I fully understand the reason for that ban as I was stupid and did mess about but then I did miss the server and thought it was a really good server then I tried my best to get unbanned then. When I got back into the city I took the rules seriously I wouldn’t have done any rule breaks as I knew it would end in this situation. But that situation I was talking about was basically me and my friend were at the casino then there were these guys who started on us and they killed me and ran over my friend then brought us to the peer to dump us. The guy who dumped us said goodbye lads or something like that then drove off so the Rp situation was over. I know it’s stupid of me not fully understanding this rule but in other servers that I played the combat log rule you could leave if the situation was over and that if you were dumped. When I read the rules for this server I will admit I did give it a read but then some of the rules I thought applied for all servers was the same and I quick read some of the rules as all the servers I played were the same rule. But when it came to quick reading the combat logging rule I thought it would be the same as you can leave if the situation was over. I know I have made a mistake by not fully reading that rule but I promise I do understand all the other rules on the server it’s just I had a wee slip up. As I thought that I could leave because the situation was over and I was dumped. I did have to get up early the next morning for work so I didn’t have time to wait for nhs and it was quite late at night so it would be unlikely that any were on. I was stupid to assume I could leave because the situation was over but I still had like 10-15 minutes on my timer and I didn’t realise as I said to contact the staff because I assumed I could leave, and I now understand that I needed to contact staff. The reason I didn’t wait for my timer was it was about 2 in the morning I think and I had work at 8 the next morning so I wouldn’t have had much sleep so I went off. But I do now know that if I happen to get back into the server and a situation like this happened again I will need to contact staff before I go off or wait for my timer to respawn, I know why I am getting this ban is because I broke a rule and I fully understand why I got banned but it was a mistake on my half for not reading the rules properly and I apologise for not reading them fully. But after this I read each and every rule clearly and I now fully understand each rule. I really do want to get unbanned as this server is definitely my favourite and some of the people on it I enjoyed messing around with and doing jobs it was great so I do miss it still and I do hope to get unbanned and I am sorry for my mistake

I couldn’t find the combat logging rule on the page there, I don’t know if it’s because I’m in Spain or what not but I did find something; 

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

I think that is the rule, but as you asked in my own words to explain the rule. I think combat logging it when you leave an Rp situation like anything with which you are interacting with someone else or waiting on someone to get you either if you’re alive or dead. When you are dead you have to wait for a medic or respawn and if you have to leave contact the staff that you are away and get their permission. You can only leave without having to say anything when you are in no Rp situation and no waiting any medical assistance and so on.

The rule is on the server for it to be fun for other players as it is not fair for other players if you were in an Rp situation and you just leave as they could gain some inventory of you or gain Rp experience and you have just ruined it for them. Rp is also meant to be realistic and in real life you can’t just disappear, it is also unfair as people apply by the rules and then there could be someone that breaks them and ruins the Rp experience for people. 
 

And yes I am fully aware with the banning system and if that’s what has to happen that is ok.
