In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: (G1.1) Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM.
by not giving the other player time to comply with my demand as well as killing the player without a valid roleplay reason.
(G3.1) OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.
hearing other users from discord in the game. This was caused by using a cheap headset which impended into the game, as explained bellow I have now invested in a new headset that will prevent this from happening.
(G4.4) When you are downed:
You have been injured to the point that you have been incapacitated and you must roleplay your injuries. You have not yet been killed; this only occurs when you respawn.
When roleplaying your injuries, you must not make direct reference to the in-game respawn timer.
Failed to roleplay whilst was injured as my brother felt as if he was killed without any roleplaying in action from both sides, which is no excuse as he should have understood the rules and reported this.
Why should we unban you ?: I have spoken to my little brother as well as looked up the reasons given for my ban and seen how they correlate. I do take full responsibility for this ban as I should not have allowed my brother to have access to my account. I am very sorry for the distress these rule breaks have caused and after reading the specific reasons for my ban, I now understand how I can avoid being banned again. for example, I can see that under G1.2 I need to follow the roleplay rules and give the other player time to comply with my demand in the game. secondly, I can see that under G3.1 it has been assumed that I have been metagaming which I understand is a serious offence. However, I can provide reasonable evidence of this not being the case as my headset. that I previously used was significantly cheap and did in fact appear to be broken. My brother explained that he was on discord with his friends and the sound from the discord was impending into the game, which I can see your perspective as to why I was banned under metagaming. To prevent this issue again I have now invested into a new headset which is more sufficient for the roleplay. Finally, under G4.4 it is explained that I did not roleplay my injuries, this means I need to acknowledge that I have been injured and play the part of pain and near death. I have explained this to my brother, and he too is aware that this is a significant part of the game when it comes to roleplay. To conclude, after understanding the reasons of my ban I have now found solutions for how I can prevent these bans from being placed on my account again. most importantly I have learnt that I should not share my account with anyone following the issues and distress it has caused.
I hope this appeal finds you well and you can see that I have taken full responsibility for these bans and found a way that these can be prevented again by re-reading the rules of the game.
