(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

C2.3 is the combat logging rule,No logging out/Combat logging during an RP scenario,
You have this rule in place as otherwise you would have chaos and no RP would ever be real

(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
Value of life,RP the scenario,all time during being online,I understand now that being outnumbered I should have complied in the first place,i might not even be here.

 

 
Moving away from the current ban. You have another character Patrick Lase, Explain to me why you one made this character and two transferred the money to your friend.

 
@StuartI honestly have no idea,the name does not ring a bell at all,can i have date on when this character was made?
I know this goes against the rules & I know the rules, but in all honesty I do not recall making another character(especially with a name not common to me)
I find it strange because i always had money on my main character to send to other people( to buy ec)

Character was made back in April 2022, First thing you did was transfer the £30,000. Now reason I mention it is after this your friend sent you half the money back on your main character, So again why?

 
I have no recollection from that @Stuart,It doesn't make sence,because i could have sold something to get money, I accept that I broke this rule,and regretfully do not remember as it makes no sence,but am willing to have it removed from my ingame balance if that makes sence?

I assume you don't use that character anyway? Now in relation to G2.9 can you quote this rule also and explain why you believe we have such a rule and the importance of it?

Absolutely!

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.
Rule is in place so nobody makes themselves rich,but to work hard for it,I honestly do not recall doing this,I know in full well this rule as my friends told me not to do it as it was being abused at the time.

Very well, 

Now looking over I didn't expect to find this as I was looking for something else however outside of the two combat logging bans I have found a few more, So leads me to this. 

I am willing to give you a golden chance here however comes with a few conditions;

1: The Character Patrick Lase will be deleted
2: You will receive a full inventory wipe on your main character. What I mean by this is the things you would lose if you respawned (So inventory only)
3: You will pick a new character name. If you decide to rename it fully feel free but this has already been reset.
4: Any ban you get within a 6 month period from the unban will result in another permanent ban and also an automatic 6 month cooldown before we will even look into the appeal. 

Given that this is the third permanent ban you have received overall and I've found another reason I could just simply deny this one, I believe the above is a fair compromise, Given the money transfer was a year ago at this point.

If we can talk about the inventory wipe as I don't know what was on the main characters inventory by now

The inventory wipe condition is for two reasons, One you have £33k cash currently and as you did transfer half the amount the extra can be removed as punishment for transferring the cash back last year. 

Second reason, You have agreed you combat logged to save items. Most notable items you have in the inventory is some melee weapons, Cocaine, hemp ect. As mentioned this in all honesty is the best route to go over removing everything on your character for transferring £15,000. Bank account money, Vehicles ect will remain but it's the inventory you will lose.

 
The above has been completed. I do hope I don't see you return to this section as it will be more of a slap in the face overall, So ensure you have read both the GTA and Community rules fully before rejoining. 

Who knows, Might bump into me within RP! I do hope you enjoy the rest of the long weekend.
