In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for combat logging. This occurred seconds before the server reset, while i was trying to park my car. I was approached by two men in a car who initiated a conversation with me while i got in a close by abandoned car,and wanted to drive around the corner of the towing facility,I had mentioned that I had to leave due to a personal commitment and that a storm was coming. However, these men forced me to participate in their roleplay game and engaged in RDM behavior. This caused me to put my hands up and surrender to them.

While the felon had his hands in your pockets,I tried to punch him. I was then pushed into a car, and it appeared that they were going to dump me in the marina. At this point, I combat logged because you I was tired of being harassed and did not want to continue playing with them. However, when I tried to log back in, I saw the ban banner, indicating that I had been banned from the server immediatly.

Why should we unban you ?: I want to sincerely apologize for my actions that led to my ban from the server. I fully acknowledge that my decision to combat log was a foolish mistake that not only affected me but also everyone involved in the situation. I regret that my actions have caused inconvenience and frustration for the other players, and I am truly sorry for that.

I have had some time to reflect on my behavior and realized that my tendency to get frustrated and act impulsively when things don't go my way is not acceptable. It was not worth risking my account and reputation just because of a few in-game items.

I understand that I broke the server rules, and I take full responsibility for my actions. I am committed to changing my behavior and making amends for my mistake. I assure you that it won't happen again, and I will do my best to be a respectful and responsible member of the community.

See, this looks a bit like shifting blame, does it not? There is no such thing as being forced to participate in someone´s roleplay. You chose to be on the server at that moment of time, which means you are available to rp with. If you need to go desperately, what other options do you think you would have had? 

Furthermore, "RDM" behaviour"? Please elaborate... And while you are at it, make sure to explain the proper process to follow when someone breaks a rule.

Firstly, I would like to address the rules that I broke which led to my ban from the server. I understand that combat logging is a serious offense in this Roleplay community, and my decision to do so was not only unfair to the other players involved in the situation but also against the server's rules.

I acknowledge that as a member of the community, I have a responsibility to uphold the server rules and maintain a positive environment for everyone. By breaking the rules, I not only let myself down but also disrespected the efforts of the staff team and the community as a whole.

"RDM" behaviour" Was when I was in an NPC vehicle while the other players were in their own vehicle

Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you've made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

I apologize for my lack of memory from the incident, I am not trying to wiggle out of anything, but it is just to my memory,but nevertheless when there were no guns pointed at me i took out the bat and "attempted" to kill everyone just then i was shot dead

Good evening,Sorry -Sammy- I will answer differently

When I was at a parking compound where I had just parked my car as storm was coming, I got into a NPC car that someone had used to get to the car park and move said vehle on the other side of the road where I was going to log off, then 2 other players joined me in their vehicles,and I tried to get away from them as i did not want to RP at that current minute(I had told them that the storm is coming) and thought if i go further away from them i could log off,but they chased me down and then i had to drive further until the vehicle i was in died,hands up,bat,put into a vehicle and proceeded to combat log,I did not swear nor verbally assault the other players about the incident

I am quoting from the community rules
The ban system has undergone a change. Previously, permanent bans were issued for rule violations. However, now the system is automated and timed bans will be issued, with the duration and rule number mentioned in the ban reason. These bans will automatically expire once the specified time is up. As a result, ban appeals for timed bans will not be accepted. However, it is important to note that certain rules still warrant a permanent ban, which will require an appeal process. The duration of bans will increase with each subsequent rule violation, but the system will reset every six months, giving players a chance to start fresh. Nonetheless, staff have the authority to determine if players are taking advantage of this system to continue breaking the rules. Repeated violations of the same rule will result in faster escalations up the ban scale. For instance, if a player receives a 24-hour ban for RDM (A1.2 & G1.2) and repeats the offense within six months, they will be banned for a week.

Hi all sorry for late response 

Iv reported players in the past so i will list on this subject

1)Have it recorded (Make sure to get Player ID,My ID,ID of anyone else that is involved & time of incident)

2)Check the regulations on how to report a player(as in see if its a reportable offence)

3)Report it via report a player

So why break this rule not once but at least twice that you have now been banned for if you know it's a serious rule break? Help me understand this.

Good evening @Stuart ,
Im afraid that this combat log reason was me being under stress/pressure from both ends, I was not ready to RP for that scenario, I had some items in my inventory that I had just got from storage to get out once the server reset & something inside me just triggered me to do what I did in the RP incident, I don't want to be  immature, or like a broken record making the same mistakes, I apologies again for causing all of this.

I would try to diffuse the station in RP,and continue to RP troughout whatever the other players decide to do with me ,and if i see a someone breaking the rules, to be sure to report them(as I have already done before).

Lets say we give you another chance to return (Mind you this will be the third time), How can we be sure you won't simply combat log yet again? As mentioned it's not the first time you've done this and from my understanding it was to save some items.

Why do you hold the items as a higher value than the roleplay you could provide and in turn receive? 

Outside of the two bans, How many other times have you combat logged?

The fear of being perm ban is present, so i would not like to be banned again as that would be permanent,and i would not try to poke the bear again.

I had the items stored on me for after the storm,thats why I needed them,and they held a higher RP stratagy

I do not recall unfortunately howmany times i combat logged Stuart.

Can't you see an issue with that though? Why would items be more valuable then the roleplay experience at hand?

I get it takes a bit to get things however you are able to achieve the same thing with RP being held as the most important no?

Yes i can see the issue & know that items are opbtainable again,Thus i am not worried that another incident like this will not happen again, I would rather loose my entire inventory and start again
Yes,Rpng and staying in character troughout an RP scenario,is more important then invintory items
