Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for two reasons on this server. The first one was outside pillbox i was talking to a gang that had just killed me in a shooting in a construction site and i was still downed on the ground being taken inside by one of my friends who was at the shooting but didnt get shot. I was talking out of head to them and violating them out of head (which they was doing back aswell wasnt just from my side). My second offence was as the first one was going on i was pulled up to a roof by one admin to talk to me. I was infuriated already and angry hence why i was talking out of head to the gang that followed all of my friends and killed us for no reason so when the admin pulled me i simply was just moody and angry and ALT + F4 out of the game. This was very bitter from me as i shouldve co operated with the admin and at least gave my side of the sotry to why i was so angry.
Why should we unban you: I feel as if im not saying it wasnt a deserved perm ban because it definitely was but i think i deserve another chance seeing as the offence was talking out of head and combat logging which isnt a very serious non appeal perm ban. I have learnt from this mistake and if given another chance i would never bring up real life stuff inside the roleplay server and when an admin is trying to speak to me i would co operate with that admin until there done with talking to me about what they want. I'm very sorry to the admin for my actions of leaving instantly was very petty from me. I used to play this server a couple years ago as you can probs see in some logs and also the Tesla that i own which is not a buyable vehicle anymore so its not like im brand new to come for a joke to annoy everyone playing the game as ive got a considerate amount of progress on my character. I hope this was a more better appeal and gives me another chance at this server because i truly believe i deserve at least one more shot. Thank you

Now I am confused about somethings, firstly why did this go OOC? You say it was due to anger and frustration, so why did you let it get to you that badly?

You alt F4ing on the admin is not the only time you have combat logged, is it? Why did you disconnect after being detained and taken in to pillbox?

Sorry for this i got angry because the gang had spoken a couple times out of ooc and they kept following us round hitting our car for no reason and then shot me dead in my mates car with my hands up. And when i disconnected in pillbox my game had crashed i had told the officers who had me detained at the time i was sorry and my head had popped and they said thats fine. I joined back as quick as i could and didnt cause any problems to the process of me going to jail in roleplay and out of roleplay.

Hello there @jcoles_ , I hope you are well.

Watching the video of the situation you were banned for, I am unsure I want to even give you another chance.

Your attitude was appalling, you clearly can not separate OOC from your character and started throwing abuse at another member of the community, which was clearly aimed at the person behind the scream and not the character you were interacting with.

Give me one good reason, and I suggest you put some effort into your next reply, why we should consider letting someone back into our community who obviously can not control their temper.
