Why do you think you were banned: hi all. i appealed a ban the other day and was told i need to tell the truth so i added a bit more detail to the incident in the follow up appeal if you the admin could please check them other appeals also im sure it'll add up and make a bit more sense. i also cant remember what words were exchanged, i do not recall saying "rape sounds fun to me" as it was two years ago i do apologise if i did say that but i also didn't think that would be breaking the rules as this is a over 18 server and it was not directed at anyone, but i do understand how that may upset someone. and it will not be done again.
Why should we unban you: before this incident i was a active role-player and rule follower i never had any previous bans from the server or warnings i did not know what i did was breaking the rules but i understand now that saying something that is inconsiderate to other people and may offend/upset them i hope we can see past this as i can use this as learning experience thanks for taking the time to reply and i can only apologise again for any offence done.

Why did you decide to lie in your first appeal about having internet issues when you clearly disconnected from the server on your own account?

hi @Danoo i am well thanks. to be completely honest I thought I could just get away with saying I disconnected because i don't really remember what happened in full detail just i got into a gunfight and then disconnected after they drove me around in their car for a couple of minutes I'm not sure if I'm banned because i disconnected or because i allegedly said 'rape sounds fun to me' but i understand my wrong doings and i hope i can be given another chance. all i can do is apologize and thank you for taking the time to reply.

You're banned for both to be honest.

During this roleplay scenario, you had logged out whilst downed in a vehicle with the other players who put you into this situation and logged out completely ruining it for everyone else around you.
I can only assume this was anger driven because you had lost the situation but, given the fact you had attempted to lie in your first appeal for a quick unban, how can we gain trust for you again moving forward?
This appeal is your chance to prove to us you're a good player to have back in this community, lying doesn't help the case.

This quote, regardless of it being in RP or out of RP is just a sentence that shouldn't really leave anyone's mouth. This could potentially offend / upset many people around you.

hello again @Danoo I understand being banned for logging out in a roleplay situation and ruining the experience for other people, and you would be right for saying it was out of frustration. I can only apologise for that but I can say I don't think I would have said "rape sounds fun to me" without any context. by that I mean it would've been in response to them saying they are going to rape me if that makes sense also as for lying I just don't remember in enough detail as to what happened because it was a while ago i just remember the basics of the incident like getting into a conflict over a car dying then logging out after being driven around for a few minutes I don't recall what we said to each other. thanks for taking the time to reply.

If I am right in this being frustration, this to me shows a bit of a win/loss mentality if you've logged out due to being frustrated that you've lost the situation and are downed.
Are you here for roleplaying purposes? We're looking for players who can enjoy any given roleplay scenario and also provide high quality roleplay for others, not someone who will log out and ruin roleplay if it's not gone their way.

Regardless of the context, that quote absolutely should not be said here, or anywhere for that matter.

morning @Danoo I can see why you would think that, it wasn't so much the fact I died in the situation that I wanted to log out it was more so just being driven around the city for a few minutes after it happened without being able to call ems or respawn cause that would also be breaking the rules. as for the context I say that just to make your aware that its not just something I would normally come up with as I understand it is a inconsiderate thing to say.

The appeals are essentially the only chance you've got to prove you're a player we'd want back in this community.
The fact you've lied during the first appeal hasn't swayed my decision whatsoever, even though you're being truthful now in the matter.

For now, this will remain a no.
