Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Our shared house was being sold as we had no need for it anymore. So I was given 300k back from the house, I then took 50k to keep safe. I then sent my friend 250k as he needed to buy a Van and anything else he needed at that time, I decided to lend him the money as I had no real need for 250k at that time which was just sitting in my bank. We then agreed that he would pay me back within a week and I was just being a good friend as he just managed to acquire a new job which he needed a van and a truck for.

Why should we unban you ?: Looking back I can see how it shows up strange but it really wasn't my intention to do something like that. I was just being friendly and truthfully a nice person. I've enjoyed my time playing so far and if able to play again I would appreciate it

So your friend sold his house and made a new character so you gave his new character the money? Why would you give a brand new character that your character doesn't know that amount of money? 

 
No. My best friend Max Wilson sold OUR house. Our being my best friend (Max Wilson), myself and another friend (Ravin Gamin) so three of us.
The house was 750k to buy but the sale price was approx 400k/450k.
Max contracted a brain and eye disease and new it was terminal, soon after breaking the news his cousin Bobby Jones came to stay in the city to help and support him through his last stages of life.
I had already met Bobby at many family functions and was good to see him in the city.

As Max was dying he suggested we sell the house before his passing because there is no way in the city to transfer property properly to another person. We had keys cut but there were still so many limitations as non house owners such as furnishing or paying the council tax monthly and so forth. This meant I and Ravin would have eventually lost the house once he passed.
Max agreed to take the 300k or so loss from the sale price and divide the sale money between me and Ravin.
Our friend Ravin was not going to be in the city for a little while so Max transferred mine and Ravin’s house money to me to hold onto. So approx 200k/250k was mine and 200k/250k was Ravin’s, any of that money was no longer Max’s at all. So Mine and Ravin’s to do as we please.

Unfortunately Max passed away. Before Max’s passing Bobby, (Max’s cousin), had managed to get a job interview for a trucking company (Clinton Fuel). While he was successful in the interview he needed a certain amount of money to buy a truck before he could start working for them.
With the house sale money now paid back to me I was able to offer this money to Bobby on a loan basis to be paid back to me once he started earning. This way he could be in a legitimate job and not be tempted to do anything unlawful to earn the funds needed and be able stay in the city with us.
That day I thought I’d need to go to sleep for some time so while offering the loan for the truck of about 200k I also asked if he was ok to keep safe Ravin’s 200/250k from the house sale as Ravin was due back in the city at any point as was looking at buying a new house for himself so though he’d want the money asap!

So I passed Bobby about 400/450k – 200 or so loan for his job and 200 or so for Ravin, which I understand he did pay Ravin later that day.

If all records are checked you can see we all put in for the house, we all had keys cut, house was sold, money sent to me for me and Ravins cut, I leant Bobby money which he used to buy a truck and gave Bobby house sale money to give to Ravin which he did.

All legitimate. That money from Max was mine and Ravin’s not Max’s at all. It was what we was owed!

The law was not broken in any sense and therefore would really appreciate it we could return to the city and continue to enjoy our stay there.
I will in future perhaps prey to the gods if I feel any actions when looked at in a record sense could be misunderstood.

Interesting story. Maybe you should read your mates appeal before coming out with a story which doesn't add up based on his appeal. 

Either way you can come up with as many excuses you want. At the end of the day what you have done is help transfer money from 1 character to another. Which is against server rules and resulted in your ban. 

Now based on your reply I can see you want another chance. However the punishment for the rule that you broke is a complete character wipe. This would be the term of your unban. Do you agree to this?

Also please quote the rule that you broke.

Yes, I agree to the wipe.

The Rule broken is G2.9 Which is transferring money between your own characters, not allowed by any method.

 
Hi @Jake Jamesjust wanted to give you an update on your appeal. We haven't forgotten about it, we are currently dealing with a mass amount of G2.9 bans which has resulted in a delay on the wipes being sorted. We will inform you on this appeal when that has been done and when your ban has been lifted. I will take this opportunity and ask you to go over the rules again to make sure that you are not in this appeal section again.
