Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for using information which at the time I didn't realise I could not use in game. I had created a roleplay scenario with an individual after discussing a matter OOC via discord. I had told this individual to speak to me in roleplay to start this scenario that I created.
In game I forgot that the in city info was given to me previously before killing this individual in a previous scenario, I went to city hall after calling and arranging a meet-up speaking like I didn't know her due to this new scenario I had created via discord. The meetup was based on an agreement on renting a shop for the price of £700,000 (which was agreed upon OOC and IC after the character was killed) After the discussion at city hall we travelled to Galaxy Nightclub. The individual goes to the shop across the road to retrieve the funds from the ATM inside for the shop agreement. While this situation was ongoing I had intentions of dealing with this individual and letting them go (because they had information on someone else that I needed).
We met inside galaxy after the funds had been received from the ATM where my 2 business partners were waiting to close the deal / discuss more details. While in this discussion I asked this person to pass me this cash as agreed upon to which they voluntarily did. After the cash is passed me and my business partners proceed to pull out guns and aim at her asking her to put her hands up, to which we then made her drop all her inventory and zip tied her. We then escorted her to the basement to then roleplay a torture scenario to get information that I needed on her friend. During this torture scenario I first asked nicely for information on the whereabouts of her friend. After her refusing to give up the information I proceed to break her kneecaps with a torch, again still not giving any information up I then decided to play mind games by convincing her that her friend didn't actually care and that she should just hand her over to us. After the final refusal me and my business associates decide to execute this individual, Due to trying multiple different methods during this torture roleplay and getting no information we needed. We executed her by shooting her in the head we then proceeded to load the body into a car driving her to the shoreline by the airfield to watch the body bleed out.
After this scenario It clicked in my head that I had fucked up I should not have created a RP scenario via discord and then gone through with the scenario in game. Second of all I also realised I used information I obtained before the individuals previous execution which was carried out by Vagos which I was part of at the time. I did not realise this information could not be used It was a careless mistake by myself.
Why should we unban you: I am angry at myself for the silly mistakes I had made which was very careless of me which resulted in a permanent ban (my first ban). I have been a part of the community for many years now and I have had a great experience. I have met a lot of people during my years on the server resulting in friendships and so many memories. I would love to return to the server to continue my roleplay scenarios which I enjoy providing to others in the community.
If I am given the chance to return I will ensure to re familiarise myself with the rules again to make sure this does not happen again. I will also not create any scenarios via OOC e.g Discord. I will also ensure that I do not use any information from before a characters execution. During my months away from the server I have tried different FiveM communities but want to return to RPUK after my big mistakes. I would say my roleplay has improved during my time away but I would like to return to this community and my main character Jamie Aggy. I want to provide the best and fun roleplay experiences for myself and others.
I appreciate this community for the hours upon hours of fun and the people I have met through it.
