Reason given for your ban: G2.3 G2.4 G3.1
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was involed in a situation on that night where we were subject to a poor rp situation, I had been out for a meal and a few drinks and didnt keep a reasonable head on my shoulders in a couple situations and made some poor decisions.
(G2.3) Roleplay Everything - You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character.
-during a situation with a group of people I allowed myself to become frustrated and moved away from acting out my character. Cant make up any excuses for this it was down to poor judgement on my side and not just walking away from a bad situation. At the time i realised that the people were not reasonable nor able to have some real communication with us however i allowed us to fall deeper into the situation with them, by the end of this i had given up and spoke out of character, out of rp and released some of the frustrations i remember feeling
(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
-I broke this rule by walking away from my game and not responding to any demands made by the other party. I felt that there was no point is continuing the senario with these charaters as the rp was non exsistent (to mt at least) however this was the wrong apprach to dealing wqith this issue.
(G3.1) OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.
-This rule was broken a couple of times by myself, once was a blatant breach of the rule however the other breach was unintended however still a break of the rules
- After an altercation i was hospitalised, whilst being taken to hospital the car i was being transported in was stolen by a random pesron who would not respond when spoken to, i remember i called out his ID which would be a using OOC information to change the outcome of the senario
-This was the unintentional one however it still happened and admittidly does happen more often than we would like it to happen. During a chase scene my other half who plays in ther same room as me had asked which way i had drove off, i told her i was heading towards parkrangers and was going to out run them on the country roads, the mistake i made here was not pressing my radio (we always have the radio on but have to have push to talk on or everyone hears what we say twice through our respective mics) She proceeded to go in the direction of the park rangers and found where we were. If i had used my radio the outcome would have been what had happened however i neglected to press radio binded key to pass her this information and broke a rule doing so.
Why should we unban you ?: I have been playing on this server for a few months, i have had one ban before for G2.9 in this time. Since then i had tried to add value to other players experience in the city specially the new comers as i remember how hard it was starting off here, i have tried my hardest to respect and follow the rules of the sever (with exception of that night).
Truth be told, i enjoy playing the game and would like to get back into it, the server provides tasks/goals to complete/achive and enjoy spending some of my downtime in the city. I became a little too invested in it and forgot to treat it like a game and to take things with a pinch of salt, specifically poor play by others and then doing the same in return
