In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for combat logging as when I reconnected to the server after losing connection I did not inform anybody that my internet had crashed.

Why should we unban you ?: I had only been playing the server for a few days before my ban and in the short time that I spent on the server I had a lot of fun and enjoyed my experience. After my ban I made 2 appeals attempting to explain that my internet had crashed the 1st was denied and I did not know why so I spoke to a staff member and she told me that it was probably because I did not include enough detail. I then made a second appeal with more detail explaining the situation again and this one was then denied saying that I was not able to appeal within 30 days of being banned for combat logging. This seemed pretty unfair to me as in my eyes I had not done anything that warranted a ban. I then reached out to another staff member in the TS and explained the situation to him and he said he would look into it for me. After a day he told me that despite the fact that logs said I had lost connection the ban was valid because I did not inform anybody that I had crashed prior to the ban. I apologise for not informing anybody prior to the ban. I am fairly new to FiveM in general and I have enjoyed my time on this server so far. I would appreciate an unban, sorry for any inconvenience. Whether to you the automatic 30 day cooldown for Combat Logging bans seem fair or not, they're in place to ensure those who Combat Log to avoid situations ingame are punished accordingly and don't just get let back onto the server. 

You claim you lost connection, how long was your internet out for?

Not long probably less than 10 minutes I restarted my router and after a few minutes it was working. I rejoined the server after but my game was stuck on a black screen so I had to restart FiveM. My internet was still being shit after and I lost connection again around an hour after.

Did you attempt at all to get in contact with those you were in a situation with prior?

Did you inform staff what happened with your internet?

As previously mentioned, I did not attempt to inform anybody prior to the ban. I was also not aware of the report until I had been banned a day or so later. After the ban I spoke to multiple staff members about the situation. It's all in the appeal. I apologise for not attempting to contact anybody prior to the ban. I was not aware that I had to do this, the situation did not seem like a big deal to me. Clearly I was wrong.

So let me get this straight.

Your internet was being weird, which made you disconnect from the server after you were downed, you rejoined and your FiveM was on a black screen so disconnected again to restart FiveM. You failed to notify Staff and or the people involved in your RP scenario.

When was it that you logged back in to be taken to hospital?
