In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
We were in a 'weird' RP scenario at that time. They captured my friend and he told us via discord his location. We went over there and saw that they had our friend (not sure if they had a gun on them, its has been too long ago) but I started shooting at them with a different friend. After a short gunfight I managed to kill one of the guys that had my friend, which was the RDM. Few minutes after we all were kicked off because of a server restart so the scenario stopped there.

Why should we unban you ?
As its has been more than one year ago, I think I've learned from my mistakes. We usually dont go around killing people, but we thought it was a roleplay scenario and we suddenly started shooting. I also have read that the first ban for RDM (rule 2.2) is 24 hours and if repeated within 6 months you'll get a 7 day ban. I would like to play on the server again with my friends and have a good time again which I always had.

this system have brought in place after your ban. Now go and find me the rule you broke, And explain why this rule is important. 

 
I've broken the server rule 2.2 - RDM. This rule is very important in the server to keep the roleplay quality good. As you dont want any people just killing others without any good roleplay scenario. 

And not to forget, me and my friends broke server rule 4.1 - Metagaming. This is also important to keep the roleplay to a high level as IRL you also wouldnt be able to talk to someone about that scenario without comms.

Because I totally understand that the roleplay scenario for those 2 guys wasnt fun as we started shooting without any roleplay. It was a one of a kind thing that happend and it wont happen again, because I would like to have a fun time again on this server with quality roleplay.

 
Now its also noted. that you had a ip match with a acount that recieved a gamehack 38 ban? 
Any information you can give us about this? 

 
in any "Arma games" - Have you ever cheated elsewhere? Any other games? 

 
I've once modded in payday 2 in private lobby with my friends like 2 years ago, but thats it
