Why do you think you were banned: As I wrote in my previous appeal I was banned for combat logging but I didn't know why and I still don't really know why I logged out at the time but I have asked a few people who sort of knew what happened and here is what I have gathered and mostly remembered after a refresh. Our whole gang was ordered with trying to find a certain person who posted on Tweedle wearing our mask when he shouldn't be as he wasn't in the gang. Now, we weren't ordered to kill him, however we were ordered to make him change his mask. ( I did re-call this happening). After this, I remember me and one of out gang members driving around and found the guy. In RP he refused to take off the mask and change it and the situation escalated into a gun fight with me dying and the other gang member running away. Now, if I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure that the guy we I tried to kill me ran away or drove off, and police showed up along with NHS. I still don't know why I logged off, but I can assure you once more it was not for any personal gain.
Why should we unban you: I think I should be unbanned because I didn't do it for any personal gain and I can't find any other RP server as serious as Roleplay.co.uk, I've tried countless like Redline, Grand RP and more but they just weren't fun, and the players mostly being American didn't help. Like I've said before this does not count as an excuse for possibly ruining a scene and the fun for the other players and I understand that. Also, how I have mentioned before I did delete my character Noah Banks a few days after before the ban as I think the story wasn't good enough and the development in general so I have made a new character story to share with you to prove why bringing me back to RPUK will be not a waste of time. (Just to let you know I'm using the same name). --- Harry Shipman had always been a man of few words, a silent presence in London's busy streets. But his past? It told volumes-dark and violent, filled with regret. Some bad criminal choices had turned into something so much worse. Murder. Betrayal. The kind of stuff that stains your soul and haunts you forever. It had been months that Noah had lived in fear, always over his shoulder, until the day the authorities had interfered. The only way out was witness protection. Los Santos was a second chance, with endless possibility and endless distraction. The sun always shone, the air warm with opportunity-but Harry knew better than to think the past could be outrun. It hung around in his mind, a shadow that wouldn't leave. He wasn't Harry Shipman anymore. In this city, he was Noah Banks, a simple name, a new life, and new rules. He found his way into the taxi business for a fresh new beginning. Meeting new friends and changing his life for the better. Of course his past was still stuck in his mind and he couldn't get rid of it, but he knew the only was to go, was forward as you can't change the past but you can shape your future.
--- Hopefully this shows how bringing me back won't be a waste of time and I want to assure and promise you I will try not to break any rules in the future and in the future I know that if something happens where I need to go for a quick second I should either A. finish the scene first or B.
