Reason given for your ban: G3.1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned due to logging on at same time as member of my gang was in a gun fight and this would be classed as meta gaming breaking the G3.1 

Why should we unban you ?: I believe that I should be unbanned because I did not break this rule as I actually didn`t know this information about fighting going on until I was in the server. I have never been accused of this before and have done my best since my last ban to make sure I don`t break any rules I don`t have any evidence regarding this report other than my own words. I had just woken up and logged on to server like nearly everyday

Can you please quote the rule you were banned for? This might help to jog your memory.

Being honest is the only way you will ever be unbanned so I want you to really think about what you might have done to break that rule.

You might try to play innocent but you should know, we know a lot more than you think.

 
The rule G3.1 is considered as OOC information / MetaGaming using information you have got from the likes of twitch streams/ steam/discord and other platforms and used it  in the server, as for breaking this rule I am being 100 percent honest I do not see where I have broken this rule as like said above I had just woken up and just logged on to server like I do nearly everyday. I haven`t used any information from any platform to gain anything on the server

hello Liam, yes I really am being honest me logging on and turning radio to hear hustlers on turf resulted in me panicking and shooting a person. said person  being a hustler as I seen black clothing and actually made the mistake of breaking the G1.2 rule  (RDM) The  person  being Jake I went into a discord call with him over this an explained I had just woken up and logged on. If id of used OOC information I Wouldn`t of made this mistake Knowing  information before logging on, I can admit that it doesn`t look good from the logs but I have no reason for lying I have never done it before.  I have read the rules and do as they change from time to time and would not risk in breaking the rules because of the punishments received as this is the only server I have actually put time and effort into and have fun playing daily meeting new people and becoming friends to the point I have met up for drinks etc OOC also I am sure I have only ever been banned three times on this server and never argued the fact of breaking the rules and accepted my wrong doing and improved my RP for future preferences 

 
So the issue that I have is that Rock (229 member) has stated that 'the only thing I have said ooc would be "hustlers on turf" I never said anything that influenced the prior roleplay that was going on'

Then you all log onto the server, and start fighting Hustlers

 
I can`t comment on what rocks put as I haven`t seen this, yes I have logged on its minutes between the rest it looks dodgy as a member of my gangs fighting but for me its just bad timing all I have done is wake up and logged on an one person turned up in black clothing but wasn`t wearing hustlers stuff and I shot him. 

I am being 100 percent honest I did not know prior to logging on that rock or any other gang member was fighting or that hustlers where indeed on turf

i have been waiting for staff to watch a stream of my clip as they didnt want to download a mp4 file
