Why do you think you were banned: Decline in roleplay and disruptive behaviour in the community.
Why should we unban you: I would like to start of by saying, I submitted my most recent appeal to this ban I received a month ago, which was declined by Violet, and I completely understand why, the link to that ban appeal is https://www.roleplay.co.uk/threads/unban-appeal-hektor_unban-gta-rp.426149/ and I'm going to try my best to discuss the points mention by Violet in that appeal and try my best not to repeat from my previous appeal.
In the denial message on my previous appeal, Violet mentioned that "unfortunately today, the door shall remain closed.", of which I've taken as a sign to re-attempt my appeal in the future, after taking further time to reflect on my behaviour that I had during my final months on the server.
I don't want to sit here and lie to anyone, or attempt to downplay my actions that lead to me being in the position I find myself in today. I completely understand the severity of a C1.6 ban is within the community, and it's not a position I ever wanted to see myself in, which is one of the many reasons, I have a drive and determination to correct this, and put this in the past and prove to not only the staff team, but the members of the community that I am fully prepared to return to the high standard of roleplay that others and myself know I can provide. I know that this is something that the staff team hear on a regular basis, but its something I desire to prove and show to you, and I'd like to write some examples and ideas of what I've had in my mind on how I'd like to prove and show this.
Emergency Services -
I've always had a strive to be apart of the emergency services within the server, having built some great relationships across my characters with members of the NHS, Police and G6. I've always taken a high interest in the faction of NHS, which has always been home to the most underappreciated role-players, which is something I'd love to be apart of, not only to learn and experience a new side of the server which I've never had the benefit of exploring throughout my time on the server, but also to help develop my medical roleplay understanding to benefit myself and the other players of the server that I'd interact with.
As well as the NHS, I've always taken interest in the policing side of RPUK, having a great experience in the Roads Policing Unit where I would be responsible for search warrants on vehicles and helping be apart of very interesting operations in conducting, writing and organising these search warrants. Despite my time in RPU, I've always had that drive to do more within the Police on the server, and having had such great roleplay experiences with Kate Anderson, I've always had that interest in CID, being apart of some incredibly investigations, plotting together search warrants and being in a position where you can provide such unique and interesting roleplay for those both in the police force and outside of it, is something I'd take great interest in pursuing if I were to be unbanned.
Civilian/Criminal
There's no denying how much of an amazing time I've had in the Lost MC, its a faction I've pursued joining since I joined the server back, having been a hang around on my previous characters, it's something amazing to be apart of, being able to roleplay with members of the community who have been around for so long and are so great at what they do is something that I do miss, and something I do wish to continue, continuing to learn and further enhance my role-players along some great role-players like Charles and Nikolai, continuing an incredible storyline, being able to return as a Lost MC Nomad would be something that would provide an incredibly unique roleplay story not only myself, but also the members of the Lost MC, and the wider community.
Despite me having these plans and ideas for me being unbanned, I can understand that if I were to be unbanned, it would be a risk to take, granting someone who's previously been disruptive towards the community a second chance is something that would have to be given with a hefty amount of consideration and I completely understand this. I can't prove wrong the member of staff that banned me, as my behaviour in the last few months on the server was undeniably poor, to say the least, but I'd like to prove to them that I've taken this time positively, reflecting on the actions that led me to where I am and that I have that drive and determination to not only be unbanned, but to remain unbanned and maintain an incredibly high level of roleplay that I provided for a consistent basis in the past prior to my decline in roleplay. I'd completely understand that if staff needed to put conditions in place to help mitigate the risk unbanning me would bring and I'd be happy to take any conditions along these lines, like an immediate permanent ban for any rule breaks, I don't mind. I'm more than happy to work with the staff team to mitigate this risk as all I do wish is to return to doing what I know I can, roleplay.
I'm completely uninterested in any form of leadership roleplay related roles within the server, my desire is to simply return and return to providing a high standard of roleplay.
I discussed in my previous appeal about my relatively clean record compared to most players in the community, which is something I do wish to restore. Throughout the both of these ban appeals I've written, I've not gone into any form of details regarding the reason of my ban, as its something I'd like to keep in the past, the video posted has been since deleted and completely removed from my pc, with no chance of returning, along with any other forms of videos in the future, I simply have no interest in making such, idiotic, videos as I did in the past.
I'm more than happy to answer any questions that the staff team may have for me regarding this appeal, my plans for the future or anything of the sort whether that be through a discussion on this thread or through a discussion in TeamSpeak etc.
