In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: combat logging

Why should we unban you ?: I believe a permaban is a bit harsh but the rules are the rules. In the past month, I have been playing I've really enjoyed the server. The reason why I 'combat logged' is that my game crashed. I have no proof but if I could have a second chance I would love you all and never break the rules again.

i loved my experience on the server and i would be honoured a second chance to make my wrongs right

Well, you have lied about why you logged off (you exited the game, not lagged out), you bumped your appeal, and you put zero effort into your appeal. Now, to top it all off, you had also been reported for a combat log on a different occasion. Something tells me that RP isn't really what you are here for. 

Denied
