Why do you think you were banned: Racial slur
Why should we unban you: I honestly, really do apologise for the Racial Slur, i am relatively new to FiveM. I used to Roleplay on a very strict Roleplay server on San Andreas for all part of 12 years Los Santos Roleplay on SAMP. Racism was allowed on there. Roleplay.co.uk was my first FiveM RP server i played. Before joining i read all the rules to gain knowledge on how to RolePlay these days. It was exactly the same as it used to be so i won't pretend i didn't short read the rules. What was said was out of order, and i shouldn't of said it. With the way technology is now, using a MIC can be really hard to distinguish wether you were meaning it personally or in the game. Back on SAMP there was no mic only typing so it could easily be seperated. I completely understand the ban, but i am truly sorry and if unbanned, i promise to be an excellent RPer to the community and server and will stay within the rules. The clip was meant to be IC Racism, but clearly not allowed. I am mixed race IRL and would never say any of the sort OOC. They failed to upload the part where i did break character and really did apologise as i wasn't aware RP racism was not allowed. I would love to apologise to the two offended parties also and If i could get a second chance, i would be very grateful. If not, then hopefully i can join the server in the future with another unban appeal. I really did start settling in on the server. I have went through Roleplay.co.uk rules and read them thoroughly and understand now. I have been RPing on other Strict servers and i am gaining more experience everyday.

With the way technology is now, using a MIC can be really hard to distinguish wether you were meaning it personally or in the game.

Regardless in which way you mean it, you should absolutely not be throwing racist comments around within this community, or at all for that matter.

Hey Danoo, thanks for your reply. I completely understand that and I hold my hands up to it. Its not acceptable at all, anywhere.

Yes i did have a read through, as it was my first FiveM and GTA V RP server. I've got a tone of Roleplay experience on San Andreas MP and i only read up fast to see if it was the same as it was for me a while ago and it was. I really should of read them through properly and i didn't. I do hold my hands up to it. I have read them through properly now. While i am banned i am gaining experience on FiveM now and I haven't gotten in any bother with Players, and Staff.

Things such as this usually get blurted out during the heat of the moment, how can I trust that if given another chance you won't just end up banned again for something similar?

I can assure you this is not something i'd ever say IRL to anybody. I did explain, i come from San Andreas Mulitplayer, with many many years experience, where Roleplay racism/discrimination, was allowed. There was a lot of different factions on the server i played, including factions that would say those things. I have roleplayed, PD, African American Gangs, Latino Gangs, Italian and Russian mafia type firms. I have also roleplayed in a Fascist faction. It's all Roleplay and nothing serious. But it is serious as the same time, because i fast scrolled through the rules and i should of read them thorough to avoid this happening. Now I have offended the two people involved, and gotten a ban for it. It's nobodys fault, but my own.

Like i said, it was typing back then as technology was advanced as it is now. Now, everybody uses mic, which can be difficult to make out if it was Roleplay, or OOC Discrimination. There is nothing, i can say nor do to try and prove to you that it wasn't blurted out in the heat of the moment. The only thing i could do, is to just get that second chance and i can 100 percent guarantee that it wont happen again or even break any rule in fact.

A second chance would be amazing, if not beautiful. But I completely understand if its not an option. This is not something part of my normal vocabulary, and it was not all coming out in heat of the moment. I am very calm in Roleplay situations, I am an adult and don't have time to be screaming at people on the internet, it's just not my thing.

Good morning Danoo, thanks for the reply.

At the moment, i currently only have one character in mind. Which is the current character I am currently playing on another server, which is going well with this one so far. I am currently Roleplaying as a man, who has flew from United Kingdom, to the state of San Andreas to start a new life.

His backstory in short is; Arren-Jay McPhee. Born on the 25/7/1996. North East, England. Arren was born to his Mother, Nicky and father Jay. Nicky - worked in a local chippy, and dad Jay was a Groundworker and did side work. Arren comes from a working class family, both his mother and father had to work to provide and keep food on the table for their families basic needs. Arren come's from quite a big family that didn't have much, but one thing they had, was eachother. As Arren was growing up, he realised his father wasn't around as much and this caused him to act up causing problems within school, and home life. Nicky tried her best with Arren, but with Jay (Father) disappearing a lot, nothing seemed to work. Randomly, Jay would come back to the family home and their would always be a celebration party within the community and family, but Arren didn't know what they were celebrating. As Arren got older, he realised his dad was not just a groundworker, but he was a "Grafter". Jay would go out at night, with his mates and steal copper, tools whatever had a value from construction sites, and closed down railway tracks and what not. This caused Arren to some what become interested in this, as they didn't have much money. Arren wouldn't even attempt to do this yet, as his dad warned him to not get involved in that life, and do things properly. Jay wen't back to prison, where he had been going the whole time during Arren's childhood. This caused Arren to get together with some of his friends, and a few of his cousins and off they went on the graft. Their first night out they got caught, and arrested. Arren and his friend's where held in for the weekend, and sent to special court early monday. Arren and his friend's got bail and they got released. Arren couldn't stop worrying about what could happen to him if found guilty, but worse he didn't want to upset his dad. Time went by again, Arren got older it was court time. It went well, he only had to pay a fine and do some community service he felt very lucky. A few months later, his father returns and gives Arren a very big "Hiding". Telling him if he doesn't sort himself out and get out this life, he will disown him.

As the years go by, Arren worked various labour jobs. He worked in construction as a labourer, he then moved onto doing mechanical things and eventually managed to get his driving license. He started doing the taxis. Arren enjoyed the legal side of life but even more, making his Mother and Father proud. Arren then joined a local boxing gym, met a local sweetheart life was looking up. This is when Nicky (mother) passed away. Jay (Father) and Arren, didn't take this well and the family fell apart, Both of them were drinking, going out on the town fighting both of them stopped working and their life was really going down hill. This is when Jay (Father) reached out to the extended family, who live in San Andreas. Jay talks to Arren about the possibility of moving to start fresh and he couldn't of agreed more. Arren, and dad - Jay, both fly to San Andreas for a new life. They arrive, and everything is different to what they once called home, but this is home now. Arren is now 28 and dad is getting on. His body isn't able to work like it used too, and he has to retire. The extended family they are staying with in San Andreas currently don't have much, and with Arren being young fit and body abled. They are relying on him to bring in the money to support the family.

(This is just pretty much a short of my back story to get a feel of how my character could become/created. I have built my character around being "Stuck on the fence post" He could one day be part of a PD, legal firm, NHS, anything of the sort. Or he could be roped into "Gang" Culture and start living life on the dangerous side. I always make my characters in neutral ground instead of flying them straight in as a gang banger or a goody two shoes)

As for what Roleplay I can bring, even though here I am on a ban and haven't really showed much effort into actually Roleplaying would be the following;

Years of GTA Roleplaying experience, i am a seasoned SA:MP player from a strict server. I have RP'd everything/Anything you could imagine. I am able to bring good /unique roleplay ideas and scenarios to the community.

Roleplaying without breaking the rules - I know I am here disputing a ban - I can actually Roleplay without breaking the rules and make sure it's fair for everyone thats involved in a RP experience with me.

Calmness - I am actually quite a calm lad, I can bring that to the community. Example; If I am in a Roleplay scenario, where i actively know someone is breaking the rules such as Powergaming or Metagaming I can still continue to Roleplay to avoid breaking character (I would just body camera the whole thing and raise my concerns later in a ticket)

Friendly and Fair RP; I can offer a lot of friendly, and fair RP experiences and drive to make sure both Roleplaying parties come out happy. I am not really one for upsetting people, example say if I ended up joining a gang and some sort of fight and robbery broke out, and we got the upper hand. I am not one for Roleplaying keeping them hostage for hours on end and doing crazy things to them. I am also not a one for completely wiping peoples pockets during robberies and hold up's. Things like this can cause Roleplay scenarios to break OOC and I try avoid that at all costs.

Apart from bringing years of RP Experience, I can also offer a dedicated member to the community. Someone who will play often, get to know the players and maybe one day be a fully pledged member of Roleplay.co.uk

Reviewing your appeal, I was leaning towards giving you another chance on the server as you've written this out very well.
Before doing so, I had a look back at the clip which issued your ban and it's just the complete opposite attitude to what I'm experiencing in this appeal.

For now, I am unfortunately for you not willing to take the chance of allowing you back as of yet.
These were some heavy and serious rules breached on the server.
