Reason given for your ban: c1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: For breaking community rules and being disrespectful, I believe it was taken out of context as I am far from discriminative EVER!!

Why should we unban you ?: Since being PERMA BANNED all that time ago I have missed the city and the people on the server. I still have a lot of friends who still visit the city regularly and I would love to give it another go and get back into the serious RP like I once was. since not being able to play the server I have been on other fiveM RP servers and have enjoyed it but not in the way I experienced rp uk and the rp situations & friendships I have made, I have a lot of hours on FIVEM and have never been banned in any city let alone any other game iv ever played, I completely understand I broke the rules and was deemed disrespectful for a silly mistake but I can assure you if I was given another chance to come back to RPUK community that I would prove my worth and that it was a mistake. I apologize to anyone who may have been offended and am genuine in my words. If I could be given another chance I would be very grateful as it was such a big part of my life and felt like my second home.

No, not really, it's fairly black and white.

You lied to and argued with staff when brought, were disruptive during the admin sit then quit in the middle of it.

Why would we ever want you back?

If I came across as trying to lie or being argumentative it wasn’t because I was trying  invade the punishment I can just honestly say at the time I was upset with the decision and hadn’t seen the severity of the situation as it wasn’t my intention to be malicious or harmful it just came across the wrong way. I do apologise for being difficult at the time and any inconvenience I caused to staff! I’m the time I have been banned I can honestly say I have realised that it’s totally unacceptable and I was out of order. I cannot quite remember how it went down but i felt like I was misunderstood. The time away has definitely made me think of my actions and I would never ruin the opportunity if given again 

I do understand why you wouldn’t want to take me back but I believe people deserve a second chance and can make up for lost time

Hi Liam,

I'd say my purpose in the community is a good RP experience and the things I could bring to the city as a regular member who puts a lot of time into the server. As I noted before iv met a lot of people on the server and still talk to people regularly out of the city and would love to rekindle some friendships.

I have been in gangs in the past and am keen to get back into it and prove my worth! I would really like to improve my rp and make my character's storyline even funnier and try to incorporate my ban with this.

I do really miss the city and has been such a long time I am keen to see what changes have been made and who is still about.

Rule broken - C1.2) Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. - Permanent ban.

I was heard using a racial slur whilst driving past a party bus on New Years which waa derogatory/discriminating and can be offensiveto other players. 
 

this rule is in place on the server to keep it a happy environment for everyone involved and to ensure all players are treated the same and fairly. I myself do not in any from agree with racism or discrimination. We are all one! 

If I was ever to be pulled by staff again I would be completely compliant and take responsibility for my actions. I have matured a lot since this incident and have taken great thought about my self as a person and my actions towards others. 
 

if it came across as I lied on the first instance it was not my intentions I was just trying to defuse the situation and explain that it was not directed at anyone and I am genuinely far from discriminating or racist. I sincerely apologise for this and can take my word it wouldn’t happen again.
