Why do you think you were banned: Just thought I'd take this time to throw in a ban appeal as I have been banned for around six-seven months now. I really enjoyed my time here at RP-UK and wanted to make it known that I would like another chance to show my full potential of RP that I have to offer. I was banned for being part of the Alliance and I completely understand why this was your choice of action. I have read through multiple ban appeals that were sent in from the Alliance to get my full understanding as to what this ban was for.

I was part of the Alliance for two weeks and my name was Gerry Johnson. RP-UK was my first ever roleplay server and one that I enjoyed to the fullest and made a tonne of friends while playing, unfortunately it has come to me being part of something that I did not want to get involved in. My understanding of why I was banned is because I was part of this gang, it was my first ever gang that I was in and did not expect it to come to what happened. I believe the biggest reason that stands out when reading these ban appeals would be [ LACK OF RP AND WANTING TO ALWAYS SHOOT ]. This is completely understandable and I apologize for being part of this.

I hope you can consider giving me another chance as said already I really enjoyed this server and feel like I have acknowledged the reasoning behind this and can assure you that this will not happen again.
Why should we unban you: You should unban me as said previously I completely understand the reason behind this and feel like through my time that I have been banned I have come to realization that this was a mistake on my behalf and it will not happen again.

My plans when I come back to the server is continue as Gerry Johnson and work towards improving myself to become a better roleplayer, make new friends, learn from the mistakes I made and hopefully you give me another chance.

I assume by this, you are openly admitting to being 'trigger happy' in a sense rather than providing high quality roleplay?

First of all I hope you having a good day and all is well.

Now i assume that staff are capable of looking over some of the statistics of the members of there server. If this was to be true I'm sure a quick glance over would show that me out of anyone that I am not hear to be trigger happy.

I would argue the complete opposite. When i first joined the server for about 1 month or 2 in this time I was new to rp and was just looking around and seeing what rp had to offer. at this time i was having no luck making many friends on the server so eventually i started to look about for different types of groups of pals. now I tried to hang around the AE mechanic shop as i seen there was always plenty of groups of people there in the hopes of finding some people to explore more avenues of rp with but just had no luck,

After this i deciided to try to look into the gang side of the server in hopes of finding some more avenues of roleplay. i had met a memmeber of Vargos at the time and they seems like a really nice group of people. I had got to some speaking to some of the people I'm sorry I don't remember any names it was a while ago. they had told me it was cool for me to hang around and there would one day been a spot for me if things had worked out, at this point i was very happy cause i was enjoying do some roleplay with a couple of the members, I was helping them with some things with and without the gang and I was truly enjoying myself. sadly after around 6 weeks they had said no even tho i thought everything was going good.

at this point i was somewhat upset because I had really found love the roleplay on the server and it was somewhat dissapointing that i never got in. i never had any desire to just join a group to shoot it was just for me the abilty to have soem good roleplay with freinds.

after a little time on the server and ready to give up i had ran into the alliance members on the server. now i knew nothing about them when i first met them and for me i had found some good friends who i can roleplay with and was really happy. when i first met the alliance group there was not even talks of me joining i was just stoked to have met people on the server i can connect with and good time. adfter some time they said i was more than welcome to hang around for them in the hopes of one day me joining so i accepted the offer.

Now throughout my entire time in alliance i was never one who enjoyed the idea of fighting the other gangs, i enjoyed the diplomacy side alot were we would go to meetings to settle things and that was something in roleplay that i really enjoyed.

My whole time on the server i was never even warned about anything related to fragging or any type of win mentality's. I just wanted a group of friends that I could just have some laughs and make memory's with in roleplay.

I truly hope the staff team can see that my intentions have and always will be good and positive within roleplay and not to just frag and i am always hear to answer any more questions.

I do appreciate the detailed response here, it does indeed go a long way.

Given the fact you've argued the opposite of what I had assumed here, and you say you were indeed here for high quality roleplay rather than grabbing some kills and getting a quick win for the gang.
Could you just clarify for me, what is it you were apologising for in the beginning of your appeal if this is the case?

This is completely understandable and I apologize for being part of this.' i think this is a bit of a miss word on my behalf let me just clarify for you.
I was trying to get my point as a collective for the group as alliance and not just myself and my bad for a poor choice or words i do understand it makes it a bit harder on you when dealing with my appeal.

i was trying to say i thought that reason for all our bans came under that one reason rather than my own reason as i was still very confused on all our bans until of recent when seeing all the other members of alliance appeals. I don't really often keep in touch with them anymore so i never truely understood the ban reason but i understand now and was hoping that the staff can see im truly hear to make a good and prove time for people on roleplay and not to just frag.

What's your plan going to be if you're allowed to return to RPUK? You've stated you had a difficult time to begin with before joining Alliance.

What would we gain from allowing you back?

hey danno hope all is going well for you today


If I was allowed to return to the server I think my time with gangs are done. personally I have had only bad luck with the 2 gangs I had experience with and for me it was just not my cup of tea.


I think as far as what lays ahead on the road for Gerry Johnson as a character would try to re connect with the city rather that a select amount of people. I defo do hope to try get some sort of employment of a job or start my own business that would allow me to speak to and meet as many people as possible and provide and experience some really cool roleplay!


As you stated I did have a some what hard time before joining alliance but I defiantly have a positive mindset on things and don't let my bad luck in the past as a hold back on thing.


As for your other question, What would we gain from allowing you back?

I have always been confidant in my ability to provide good roleplay. I'm aware of the set backs I have had in the past but I do hope that I can be personally judged as a person and not the collective and the staff team are able to see I have a good passion for roleplay and can make it enjoyable for the people on the server.


I do hope to be giving a chance to come back to the server and show what I can do and I want to say thanks for taking the time out of your day to read over and reply to my appeal.
