Why do you think you were banned: C1.7 As a Roleplay game, every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense.

(G3.5) Character Separation
Using information you have gained through the play of other characters to influence the course of roleplay, either directly or passing this information to a 3rd party to tell your character. Example: Character A is a cop that knows a raid is about to happen on a gang, Character B (same player) is a member of a rival gang. Character B does not know about the raid, Character A is unable to tell someone else to tell Character B about the raid. Character A may not use Character B's vehicles or assets.
Why should we unban you: I was banned because I was playing a civ character which hasn't been developed when I logged in. In line with the requirements, **As per your conditions above, please create a new character - and apply for one of the factions within two weeks. This should allow you enough time to build your characters start. I will be checking your progress with this character.** I was under the assumption it would be acceptable for me to log on to a character that was created recently, hasn't been developed, and was only used to apply for G6. I misunderstood. I still agree to the terms of my appeal.
In all fairness and honesty, I misunderstood the terms. **Within two weeks, and apply for one of the factions** I was unable to apply into a faction because I didn't play as soon as I was unbanned. I spent almost an hour logging into my civ character without realizing that I was supposed to create a new one and proceed from there. I hope you can understand my confusion in this situation. I now know it is expected that I must create a brand new character and go from there. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Good evening @GENERALLL

You failed to follow your unban conditions set by myself.
I gave you the benefit of the doubt, waiting for you to create this new character and apply to a faction, as I understand people can have busy lives.
From the moment you would create a new character, that two weeks would have begun - allowing yourself time to integrate back and build up your new character whilst applying for a faction.

However,
Instead of doing this as clearly outlined in your unban conditions, In the short few hours that you rejoined the server - You went onto one of the characters previously made - and you broke the rule G3.5 between those hours whilst actively playing.

You'd think common sense would have applied, if you were unsure to open a ticket and to ask staff.
You failed to do so, and as such find yourself back here on your own oversight and negligence.

I'm not sure you understand the G3.5 Character Separation Rule, at this point. Especially with the lack of consideration as to why you've been banned for it, in this appeal.
And as such, cannot be trusted any further.
