Unban Appeal for Fulto

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: After reading the reply to my appeal, I believe i have been falsely banned.
Why should we unban you ?: The player at the start of the clip holding the gun, who they later chase, isn't my character, and after listening to his voice in the clip, i can confirm that this sounds nothing like me, as i have a scottish accent, and my character has never looked anything like this.
I have no memory of seeing the white car and speaking to these guys at the impound, because i dont own a BMW motorcycle, and I certainly wouldn't be at the impound if the vehicle was stolen.
I remember a lot if not all of my interactions with other people and can genuinely say this character in question is not myself.
