Reason given for your ban: C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I exploited via means of logging out of the game in the middle of an RP where I was completely aware of the possibility of harm coming to my character. I did not make an attempt to resolve the issue and instead proceeded to join creating another character to return to the same location just to check if it was safe to return.

Why should we unban you ?: After giving some time to think about my actions, I've come to understand how heavily they impact people's roleplay experiences as well as portray a poor image of myself. If given a second chance, I will never again do anything that will result in my coming back here, I understand that whatever RP scenario I place myself in, is one I have to fully undergo, regardless of the outcome on my own character, I can't just run from an RP scenario just because it doesn't benefit me. I'm aware that I'm asking for grace here, given that I did nothing to help resolve the situation, and had the audacity to join on another character just to check if I could keep my items.

I've loved the friends I've made, the RP I've experienced and the server as a whole, and would love to be availed the opportunity to join this server once again

So in this situation with your friend, You decided to leave the server to keep your items. Why did you believe this was a good idea? 

Have you even took time to read the rules?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Honestly, I didn't stop to think about whether the actions I was undertaking were the right ones, in the moment I was too focused on not wanting to lose my items. I had known the rules prior and have gone back since to reflect on them as well as my decision. Being banned was a good eye-opener because one way or another, I'd still lose any items I had (just for much longer), and it was well deserved.

So I'll put your knowledge of the rules to the test. Whilst yes you we're banned for C2.3, You've also broken another rule by your own admission. What is that rule?

I've broken a multitude of rules, G3.5 especially, I used the information gained from one character, created another one, and went to go scout the exact area in an attempt to then use that information to aid in joining back on my original character. My second character also had no long term growth and background.

 
So why did you believe that breaking more rules would help you in this situation?

What was going through your mind during all of this, What was the end goal of this?

 
To be honest, I was too tunnel-visioned more on what felt good rather than what would be right, to ensure the safety of my first character, that was my goal. At this point I've come to realise that I placed too much importance on what I had in my inventory than my roleplay itself. If given the chance to return, I can promise to constantly maintain a correct RP according to the rules set in place to ensure everyone has a good experience.

 
I couldn't agree with you more by you saying you placed too much importance with the items you had on your person. 

So with that in mind, What is this community about?

How can we assure you won't simply if given the opportunity to come back you won't simply break more rules when it's convenient if you believe you can get away with it? 

Looking over your account, You've been here for around a year (On and off) so what changed to you now getting your first ban, More so it being a permanent? 

 
This community is about delivering remarkable roleplaying experience between similar quality roleplayers. I personally felt that the quality of roleplay as well the opportunities I had within the server far exceeded that of other servers.

As with the second question, I can only promise so much over text on this forum, actions speak louder than words, and if given the opportunity, my roleplay will reflect the time i've taken off to think about what I did to get banned, each rule that the server holds, and to be an uplifting member of this communiy.

To be honest, I feel that when I started becoming more active on the server, I became too obsessed with making progress and reaching my goals, this obsession then fuelled the actions I took that landed me here today.

 
With that in mind, Lets say you had the ability to re-play the situation you we're in from being chased, How would that have played out? 

 
Upon crashing, I would've remained in the car, roleplayed the injury that I would've sustained from such, and comply with what my chasers would've wanted me to do whether it be to give money, items or anything else.

 
Looking through this ban and what happened and your actions it's clear that you did combat log to save the items on your character, Now with that being said if you do wish to come back there will also be a condition. Since you did decide to try and keep items by breaking multiple rules your inventory will receive a wipe meaning anything on your person from items/weapons and money on your person will be removed. Do you agree to this? 

 
I've gone ahead and requested this. Please note this will take sometime to be completed however once done we will update you within this appeal. 

 
Since the wipe has now been completed we will push forward. As mentioned you do seem to have a better understanding of the rules so in turn we will provide that opportunity to return to the server. If however within a 6 month period you end up banned again you will come right back here and should that happen it won't be as easy as it was this time to return.
