In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hi, honestly its been a couple of years since I played this server and I have forgotten what got me banned. I have looked at the rules and the parts where it tells you what the (C1.2) and (C1.10) come under but I really cant remember.

Why should we unban you ?: I would really like to be unbanned, I have been away from RP for just over 2 years and would like to join the server again. I played the RPUK Arma3 server before it was shutdown and came here a long time ago. Please let me back in if you can. Thank you.

Good morning @FrankWhite, I hope all is well!

You were riding around on a bicycle repeatedly going up to police, sticking your finger up and shouting "fuck the police" in hope of a reaction.
There was no attempt from you to be providing any kind of quality roleplay whatsoever and you appeared to be just riding around trolling.

Once you got the desired reaction, you threw a comment towards the officer about what you believed to be their sexuality.

Does this ring any bells?

Good morning, I do slightly remember that but I wouldn't attack someone for their sexuality, I may have called someone a certain word as that`s what I was banned for but IRL that`s not something id say or actively try to attack someone for.

As for trolling police I remember riding the bike around because that`s just what my character did sometimes but I believe It was actually part of a beef with one of the officers who sent me to jail and I thought it was unfair. 

Either way I obviously broke the rules along the way and was banned which is very understandable. I`d like to be able to reconnect and enjoy the server like I use to (RP and within Rules) of course. Thanks for reading.

If that specific word isn't something you use IRL, or something you'd actively say. 
Why was this a word that flew out of your mouth? Ultimately this has gone against the discrimination rule landing you here on a permanent ban.

I wouldn't say that riding around on a bicycle sticking your fingers up at multiple officers is quality roleplay or sorting "beef" as such.
I'd more so argue that this is baiting for a reaction, there are plenty of other ways you could've gone about this, no?

Yeah I understand the ban from using that word completely and I am sorry for using it as my intention when saying it wasn't a personal attack on someone's sexuality but just using the word in general, in other words I didn't use the word to purposely attack an individual based on their sexuality.

I can`t fully remember what started the beef with police as it was quite a while ago now, I think I was arrested and felt they were making what I did more than what it was and without real evidence. I obviously should of gone about it in a different manner, and was obviously a childish way to do it at the time.

In regards to the police incident, we're looking for some quality roleplay that'll be fun for both parties! 
Someone mass swearing at the police for a reaction isn't exactly fun and is usually only going to end in one way. If you were unhappy there's many thing you could've done within RP.

Absolutely not, I wouldn't say anything like that again. And yeah I definitely could of gone about that situation in a better way than just being stupid.

Given that this ban has been in place for over 2 and a bit years now, I am inclined to give you another chance on the server to prove yourself as I do believe people deserve a second chance.
You did seem to have a track record back then, for awful roleplay, but I'm in hope that this has changed since and you'll be returning to RPUK with some quality roleplay which will be fun for all parties involved.

If you are to return with the same attitude, and provide awful RP as before, you will not last long here.
Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent taking you right back here and it'll be much harder to appeal! Please do not waste the chance.
