Reason given for your ban: Don`t know?

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I have no idea?! Nothing even happened the last time I played, I go to login and I, banned from the 6th of this month???

Why should we unban you ?: Give me the reason and evidence of my ban and reasons why?

That's not how this works. Your actions are what got you here. Your obligated to reflect on your last gaming session and simply attempt to find the cause of your problem.  For instance, you where banned 8 minutes after you disconnected from the server the last time you played. What occurred prior to you disconnecting that could possibly fall under "trolling" and "discriminatory language"?

I`m asking what I did wrong? If I knew I would say, I obviously got banned while offline, but the reasons for my bans don`t reflect me playing. Like trolling, when was I trolling? Discrimination, when did I discriminate? It`s RP, within reason you can do anything that you or a character would do. So please tell me with evidence what I did that was trolling and discrimination?

Like I said, if I knew what trolling I was doing or when I discriminated against someone then I`d say. You tell me.

 
So you didnt ride a bycycle around a intense Police situation doing circles around them showing them the middle finger and shouting "Fuck you Police" when told to leave you said something along the lines of "fuck you stupid gayboys"

Oh so this is how it works, the police can use OOC measures like reporting players instead of dealing with them in a RP manner? Because that's what that is right there. Just like in RL you get people who turn up and crowd round police scenes like this, my character in RP doesn't like the police and given the ability to put my finger up at them serves a great purpose in displaying my love to them in RP. So I was in character, at a police scene expressing my RP love for the cops and got reported because they can`t handle RP`ing as cops?? They could of given us all a dispersal order in RP couldn't they lol.

And the "gayboy" thing, that wasn't to the cops and I didn't say "gayboy" I'm not 5 in a kids playground. Some random guy was being rude and saying things to me so in RP I replied, I can`t remember what with as its almost a week ago, but it wasn't anything even a gay person would be offended by. 

so main points being I was RP`ing in character 

Police are rude and report because they cant RP 

and reported for nonsense that happens all day everyday on the server and never gets dealt with in RP or OOC.

People like to report players who are in RP because they can`t handle RP, I'm never purposely trying to hurt someone's feelings or hating on them for their sexual orientation, or race, or anything personal to them. Saying silly things in RP is solely in Character, and does not reflect me. So sorry if offended with whatever I said. Also these people never try to talk about in to resolve any issues.

 
Reported ? Who said anything about you being reported or anything? An Admin was watching the situation in which you displayed behaviour that was deemed as "Trolling" and then you broke the rule of C1.2 by saying what you said. I suggest you stop trying to shift blame on everyone else and take responisiblity for your actions

So roleplaying in a roleplay server can get you banned if the admin "thinks" you`re trolling, Like I said I rode the bike around the police scene because that`s what I did in RP, like RL police scenes get crowds, so how about the other people their beating police up and running people over? were they trolling? Putting my finger up to the police is also RP, in character I don`t like the police, also RP. So I get banned for RP by people who run a RP server. makes sense right. So what are we suppose to do? just do the jobs and not challenge the police because its trolling? or should the police actually RP the situation, like I said before, they could of dispersed everyone in RP as Police. I`m not "shifting blame" as I did nothing wrong apart from RP. It`s pretty pathetic for an admin to judge what RP is and what's not when its based on RL. And in fact, when police actually told me to move on, I did, I rode off then logged offline a few minutes after. I have all the recordings of that day anyway, I record everything I do, see and hear in the server.

And its not discrimination as discrimination would only be valid if that person fell under the words used. And as I wasn't reported then it has nothing to do with the person those words (not the ones the admins thought I said) then its irrelevant and is not discrimination. It`s about intent, and the intent wasn`t to discriminate. Thanks.

 
@FrankWhiteI think you've made it quite clear to us that you think you can do no wrong, yet you have two previous bans for rather similiar things.

There's a line between doing "police hate" roleplay and trolling, and when you ride a bicycle around an intense, guns drawn, situation you cross that line.
Considering you've decided to cross that same line of trolling before, and considering you don't seem at all willing to convince us you will not be crossing that line again, I don't see any reason for me to unban you, and so I won't.

If you do figure out where the line is drawn, you're free to apply again in 6 months.
