Reason given for your ban: G2.9 & C2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned today due to violating the rules with two of my friends, we have been sending money to each other by creating new accounts and transferring the starting money to each other, this has only been going on for the past week or so and hasn't happened any time before, i don't recall doing anything else to get me banned but if staff find any other evidence i would love to be notified on it as i think the only thing iv'e done was the transferring of money within the past week or so

Why should we unban you ?: I personally think i should be unbanned as i have been loyal to this server for over a year and it is the only server that i religiously play, this is my favourite server and I'm absolutely devastated that i have been banned, if i am successfully unbanned i know that i will never do anything like this again as i don't ever wish to be banned from this server again, if the staff members were able to give me another chance then i would be very happy to prove that i am able to not break the rules again, thank you.

You claim it's you and your two friends who was doing this? Is this the truth or is there something you'd like to tell us?. One thing I'll let you know 'Honesty is key'.

 
hello stuart, in the past two weeks its been me and my two friends who have been doing this yes, i have no recall of doing it with anyone else, if you are able to find evidence of me doing it previously to the last two weeks i would love to know as im sure i haven't done this before, if you do find any evidence id love to be informed as i genuinely don't remember ever doing it before this. If you are able to find me doing it previously ill own up to it but as of now i truly only remember me doing it with two of my other friends. thank you

 
The point I'm getting at is are you sure it was two friends or you with two accounts and another person? 

 
hello Stuart, no i can confirm it was me and two other friends, i get that you would think it was two accounts as one of the friends i was doing it with was my brother so the other pc was in my house also if that's what your trying to get at. 

 
@flnnfos1Can you and your brother come onto Teamspeak together for a chat when you are both available? 

You can hop into the Join for support room and either myself of the staff member will come have a chat to you. When in the teamspeak room link this appeal to another staff member if it's not myself so they have the information available to them. 

 
hello, my brother wont be available like ever if you know what i mean , it was my old laptop that i let him use for it but the lag was to bad so he just stopped playing, when i talked to the staff member i told them that he wasn't coming back.

 
If you are unable to come to Teamspeak for a conversation with yourself and brother at the same time then I'm not going to believe 'It was my friend who is my brother'. Since it does look like you are using two accounts but Finn being your main. 

 
im going to be honest if it was me on two different accounts i would just own up to that, but my brother wanted to try fivem out but my old laptop was to laggy for him so he said he was going to leave it, just before he left i asked if he would transfer the money for me which he said yes, but after that he left, if you could see that before we did the money thing he was driving about doing taxi jobs for about 30 mins before just to see if the lag would go away so he could carry on playing, but it didn't so he decided to leave it

why would i say it was my brother playing when i could have just admitted to me being on two accounts? i wouldn't need to do that as im already banned, if it was me on two accounts i would have said that from the beginning as that would be the truth, but it isnt , my brother genuinely wanted to try fivem out buy my old laptop was to bad to run fivem.

 
This is all good and all, but I'm sure you can understand people use this excuse often to try get out of sticky situations...

 All you've gotta do to prove that you're telling the truth and not lying is what Stuart said above..

If you're not willing to do this, then there's nothing more for us talk about and we'll deny your appeal and move on with our day?

 
hello fluqi, how am i able to prove this when the game has been uninstalled now on the laptop that he used, im not able to prove that it was him on the pc as he doesn't really want to cooperate also as he knows hes no longer going to be playing fivem in general

im really sorry that i cant prove this but my brother also doesn't have the time of day to speak nor does he care as he knows hes not bothered about playing fivem, its me whos trying to get myself unbanned as its the only serrver that i pretty much play

 
I'm not believing the whole it was my brother who is my friend story, More so to the point that you are refusing to come to teamspeak with your brother on different teamspeak accounts at the same time to prove to us that you are being honest with us. Either until this happens or you wish to be honest I would wait off making a new appeal until one of the two would be done with yourself. 

Since I have doubts overall I will be going ahead and denying your appeal at this time.
