Reason given for your ban: Underage for the server however my brother was on my PC who thought it would be funny to go on my pc and play however he got me banned when the admin asked for his age and he lied twice before telling her he is 16

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because my underage brother who was 16 at the time was on my account and i wasn't aware .I then logged on the next morning to find out i have been banned for PEGI. This is because he admitted to an admin that he was underage .This was violating against the rules and now i have made sure that my brother has no access to any of my accounts or logins to prevent this happening again.

Why should we unban you ?: I think you should unban me because i am above the legal limit to play the server and i can prove this .I have also made sure he can't get any access to my accounts and i will make sure this will never happen again .I apology for this inconvenience and i have made sure this has never happened again .I enjoyed the RP on this city and also my RP was fairly good and i think this ban should be overturned because i have never broke an in city rule and my age is suitable for the server as i am 18 + .

As you can probably imagine, the "My brother did it" excuse is a lot similar to "My dog ate my homework".

This ban has been in place for almost an entire year yet you've not bothered to appeal it until now, why?
Surely if your "brother" had caused this, you'd have wanted to prove your innocence sooner and return to RPUK? Please be truthful

Honestly, my brother had access to my account and i get that it can be a mainstream excuse but you'll have  believe me on this one .I only just applied recently because i tried doing it multiple times but i was struggling as i didn't have access and it kept on locking me out .Recently me and my friend have got back into RP after having a break and we have figured out that RPUK is the server for us .

I want to start of with an apology towards yourself and all the other hard working staff that you contain within your team who have been extremely helpful throughout my unban appeal. I believe I made a mistake by not being aware of the possible hazards that would be left by leaving my PC on .Theses actions have taught me a lesson to change all my login details and to make it clear to people to not use my pc to go on serious organizations like RPUK .In response to your question I am certain that no one will be able to access my account because I have moved back to my university and brought my pc with me which has resulted in my brother or anyone in my previous household in not gaining the opportunity to access my pc and go into the server .Also i previously mentioned in the unban appeal that i have changed my login details so that no one can access my account at all, this means there is not a single way that anyone can access my account other than myself. This server is like a beacon of light within my day due to its renowned community which contains golden attributes like friendly staff member's, admirable roleplay, and a respectful admin team .I used to play on this server everyday and i can happily say i made to great funny memories along my time on this server and i don't want to have to sit there and know ill never be able to re make these awesome memoires by getting banned for a PEGI reason that doesn't even relate to myself .When i found out i had been banned due to my brother messing around on my account i was distraught and was desperate to get myself back into the server and explain what happened to the admins. Since i got banned i consistently tried to send a ban appeal to the admins however i always struggled to make a account on this ban appeal website .But it wasn't until my friend showed me how to make an account properly , because i had shown him it wasn't letting me make an account and he didn't understand either why until it finally allowed me to make an account .And since this current unban appeal i have been hoping that an admin like yourself can see my mistake and give me a second chance .

Overall i have been open minded and i understand why you banned my account for a PEGI reason and since the ban i have been cooperative and taken precautions to ensure the actions against community guidelines will never be committed again .Thankyou for all the time yourself and the other admins have committed towards my unban appeal I highly admire it .
