Unban Appeal for Fame

Reason given for your ban: C2.3 - combat logging
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Got placed into a solitary in prison, speaking to g6 and other prisoners for about 5-10 mins and they all left as no one was speaking anymore so I logged out to log back in for the reason below
Why should we unban you ?: I got restrained by g6 to be placed in solitary which he escorted me to, as he took my through the door everything went invisible (which is a known bug) and I told him this that I cant see anything, he didn't take me back thru the door or let me walk thru it and continue walking to the cells so I was permanently not able to see anything , So for the time being I stayed in game speaking to the prisoners and guards while in solitary, eventually I went to get food which they can vouch for as I accidently rustled the wrapped when speaking and came back, then when I come back I tried to speak to them again where I was getting no reply, and I could hear them in the distance walking, So I chose the time of them not being around to logout and sort out everything being invisible. I logged out, came back and went to chose my character, just as I chose it I got banned for combat logging. I apologise for logging out but I did need to fix the fact I couldn't see, I play very often and as I didn't do it on purpose to leave any situation and was purely to fix a bug on my side I believe I should be unbanned, thank you for reading.
P.s For a first ban and first issue on here I also think the permanent is abit extreme & If the logs are checked you'll see I've joined straight away once I logged out
